Updated Info: Hughes installed a new HVAC system, about 7 months ago, and there are some problems. They got back to me, within about 30 mintues of me messaging them on FB. So far, it looks promising. I ll upgrade this review, if things progress. From estimate and sale with Brad and Eddie to the install by Pat and Logan everyone was so courteous and professional.

1st time using Hughes for plumbing, they installed our new furnace & AC earlier this year and were awesome! They were able to get out to fix our leaking pipe same day and got it fixed quickly. They guys were super nice and thorough with explaining what had happened and how they fixed it. 10/10 our go to for both plumbing & HVAC!

If I could rate Hughes Mechanical a zero I would. I had a forced air system installed in my attic by Hughes a few years ago. The system began to leak into my kitchen because of condensation from the air in the attic onto the pipes associated with the system. I asked Hughes to come out to evaluate and repair the problem. They made it worse. The tech did not return the condensate line into the condensate pump further damaging the ceiling. I have yet to receive a return call from the owner. I would never recommend this company.

Very knowledgable and reasonably priced. They did not try to hard sell us and gave us the information we needed to make a good decision. Very good quality unit. The installation went smoothly. Workers were polite and professional. Unit works great. My only complaint was poor communication in several instances. They cancelled the first appointment we had to get an estimate. On installation day, they brought the wrong thermostat, were supposed to come back. Had to bug them about that. They didn't come back for a week and when they showed up, had the wrong thermostat. Were supposed to reschedule.

I called United Plumbing which I guess merged with Hughes. I also rated them too because I'm so grateful for the service I got. It was raining crazy and my basement was flooding due to a pipe not flowing properly from sump pump and it needed a valve or whatever. They guy showed up in no time and checked it, had to go get part but came back quickly and fixed it super fast! It was reasonably priced and they were really nice. Thanks again! I would definitely recommend.

The service we had was to unclog and replace drain lines in the basement. The service agents were on time and performed the service as promised. They worked professionally included me in every step and were able to keep the area in which they worked clean throughout the project. Looks like they will be able to complete the project within the time frame that was estimated. I would gladly recommend Hughes Mechanical to anyone needing this type of service and while I hope that I would not need this type of work again I would feel comfortable calling upon them if and when needed.

Hughes Mechanical did a great job. Pat check the A/C system because it was not cooling. As he was diagnosing the system he explained what he was doing. Our system is older which took R22. He found that the indoor fan motor was running weak. He contacted his office to order one. The unit is running great, our house is cool. Pat will be back to install a new indoor fan motor before it goes out. Great preventative maintenance. Thank you Hughes Team!

Chad and his co-worker were awesome. They did a great job. Showed up on time, completed the large job of replacing my entire HVAC system in a timely manner. They are kind and helpful. They checked all of their work to make sure that it worked. They walked me through everything and showed me how all of the new appliances work. They cleaned up after themselves and places my belongings back were they originally can from because they were moved to complete the job. Hughes installed a ductless split unit just under a year ago. Unit stopped working at week 50. Called and they had a tech out to the house when promised. Extremely professional all the way around. They had to order a new PC board and kept us informed about the shipping status. Scheduled the replacement the day they received the part. Could not be happier. Would definitely recommend.
