His effort to answer any questions i had was a relief.I also want to thank Kelly Barber for helping me with the Contract. I want to thank the 3 man crew who did the install in two days. i was impressed with there work they even painted the conduits to match my wall who does that.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After getting quotes from 7 different companies, I couldn't be happier with my solar project completed by SunPower by Precis. Not only did they beat all other quotes, they destroyed them! I did extensive research on the different panels, inverters, gateways, batteries, etc. For my home, I went with 28 LG 390 Watt Neon R panels, Enphase IQ7A micro inverters, Enphase IQ Envoy and 2 Tesla Powerwall batteries. Had a great experience with Sun Power by Precis from the Start with Tim Marquez (salesman) who was very knowledgeable and helped me design my system and followed by his team of installers that were always on time and worked efficiently and clean. I'm loving Install. This is what I requested from my Sales Rep Tim Marquez.
Edison shut down the power on the whole block for service maintenance. Most of the house is running on the back up batteries.
The first pic shows when it was running on battery only, the second pic shows how the solars panels are powering the house & charging the battery now that the sun is out.
Pretty cool
My wife works from home & is able to continue working since we still have power & working internet!!

I would give this company a 10 stars if I could. After 3 years of installation, the customer service is still top notch. They don't forget about you. They still constantly monitor your system's performance. I was surprised when they texted me notifying me that the solar does not produce as expected for that particular month and they sent out a tech the same day to resolve it. Great company!

Paul Walker epitomized the best customer service, no non sense straight to the point an expert to his field of work. I am deeply pleased and impressed. Paul always follow up, came on time, and didn't stop reaching out to give me an updates and how's everything throughout the process and installations until it was up and running. I was especially impressed with his cheerful and friendly response to all my questions & comments and all my emails event thou he was on vacation, never stop working . Run don't walk away from this company!!!! I am beyond livid with the lack of customer service I have received. We have a new build and we were FORCED to go with this company and they are awful. They didn't have a representative call me they sent over a PowerPoint and said pick one lease or buy. When you try to email to ask questions nobody responds and when you call they take forever to return the phone call and are closed by the time I get off work. I've been go I ng back and forth with them for 3 days now trying to figure out why our solar is still not on. We've been in our house sine JUNE and

I was referred to Precis by SunPower in Jun 2019. I ultimately did not move forward with them and let them know via phone and email and also let SunPower know.
Despite telling them to stop contacting me and to be removed from their email database, they kept calling and emailing me for the next ~2 months including a sales email sent to 45+ people that exposed everyone's email address.
I receive yet another sales email today (May 6, 2021) again with no option to Unsubscribe.
Be careful engaging with these guys. You'll never stop hearing from them!

I did a massive amount of research on solar panel technology, inverter technology, average cost per watt, our home power consumption, and comparing price vs system efficiency. After the research we decided that REC 370 solar panels with Enphase iQ7+ micro inverters was the right mix of cost vs performance and technology. We paid about 2.7 dollars per watt for Sunpower by Precis to install our entire system. If that was the end of the story that would be good. The SUNPOWER by Precis team was INCREDIBLE to work with from start to finish. My first contact was with Kristin k. (Sales Associate) and she provided me with all the information that I needed regarding installing solar in my home. Due to COVID, my contacts were by email or by phone. Kristin was very timely in her response to all my questions.

If you have a choice DO NOT use this company. I purchased a new home with KB and was forced to either purchase or lease solar panels with Sunpower. This is our first year and apparently the solar panels weren't working and we recieved a HUGE bill from electric company!! NOT EVEN A YEAR AND NOT WORKING. Worse part is no one contacted us about panels not working, but when we called customer service I was told they knew they weren't working and had already fixed the problem. OK if thats the case, why didn't anyone contact us and let us know or begin the credit for the months the panels

From the inital quotation/design stage all the way through system turn-on, these guys were terrific. Their pricing was competitive, their installation team was great and the system works as well as I had hoped. During the installation, while running a conduit through our attic, one of the crew accidentally stepped through the ceiling in our kitchen. No one was injured, and it wasn't until they called it to our attention that we even noticed it. The project manager made arrangements to have the drywall fixed and repainted professionally and made sure we were satisfied.

Super excited to get solar... so far it's been a smooth process... working with Tim Marquez has been so easy... he makes everything very clear... I also enjoyed being able to do everything over Zoom, which during these times is a great relief to have that option... I have referred several people so far... I am glad I am a being environmentally friendly and saving some money in the long run... hope to give an update again with more great things to say!

Tim Marquez is by far the epitome of what we call family. He helped me get solar panels a few years ago and since he has served my aunt, my uncle, my neighbor and my neighbor. He's not a sales man, he is a guy trying to help others get good panels. Can't go wrong with Tim and Sunpower by Precis. Top notch customer service and no call ever goes unanswered. Even when we did a refi and needed loan paperwork filled, Tim got it done for me ASAP. Don't look anywhere else.

Precis was an excellent company to work with. Our panels have been up for 5 years now and they are still going strong. For solar owners that see a decrease in power, I would highly recommend cleaning your panels at least a few times per year. Our family has noticed our output increase after each cleaning.

Customer service sucks!
I have been calling customer service for over a month now to have someone look at my solar panels that have not been working for months. The first time I was told a reset was needed to be done and wait a couple of days. When that didn't work I called again and was told a ticket was needed to be submitted. Its been two weeks since and not one phone call back. Im constantly trying to email and set an appointment but to no answer. This is so irritating. Months of no solar power and not one person able to help. It seems like once you buy their panels your no longer a priority

20 of my 25 solar panels failed within the first 2 years. 80% failure rate. There was a fire sparked from their junction box on top of my roof. I was told from Precis that it was due to moisture buildup in their waterproof box which they had drilled a hole in for the moisture to drain. The only reason I knew the solar panels failed was due to a bill at the end of the period roll up from Southern California Edison for $2,341.98. Not expecting that bill as the previous year I had a positive amount and received ~$100 from SCE.

I finally listened to my wife to get the solar installed in our home. All my neighbors have them and I was the only one in the block that did not have them yet. I was referred to different companies but I did my own research and I was able to go with SunPower by Precis. I loved their customer service and was able to get an appointment when i was available. We had a great experience with SunPower by Precis. We have been up and running for about 2 years and I wanted to stop by and give a great review for the company. My wife is what you would call "a hard sell" and she asked lots of questions. Each question was answered and we felt comfortable moving forward. After installation, I was concerned about the output and they were able to come over and find that something had become disconnected, they fixed it, and we were up and running better than they projected. We interviewed several solar companies, who offered different programs, and decided that SunPower by Precise had the best options to fit our budget and solar needs. In our instance we needed to upgrade our electrical panel and had been told by other companies that this would be costly. After speaking at length of Kathy, we were provided with a contractor who came out and gave us a very reasonable offer for upgrading our panel to accommodate not only the solar panels, but our future needs. Our salesman, Devin was polite and informative. But our house wasn't sized properly. We purchased the solar, took out a loan. Our house now costs more to operate per year than it ever did. We spoke to the office, they audited it and said it was fine and that WE were using more. When actually, after we purchased solar and it was installed, I changed every bulb to LED, and installed a smart/energy star thermostat. I clean my panels regularly. They mentioned my trees being tall, well they've been there before the solar so wouldn't you think they'd adjust the amount of panels accordingly? And finally
