Ryan from Tier 1 was very helpful and explained a lot of information about the various types of systems available. I had talked to several different companies and he presented the system the system that I could afford and thought would meet my needs.
Tier 1 represents different companies that actually do the installation of the systems. It took 9 weeks from the time that I signed the contract until the time that the system was turned on. Once I signed the contract, I never heard from Ryan again. It would have been nice if he would have touched base occasionally to check on the progress of

I am very happy with my solar purchase with Tier 1 Power. Wrede Whitney was the broker that helped me and was very professional. I interviewed 3 solar companies before Wrede helped me and I was not impressed with their sales reps. Wrede brokers for multiple companies so he isn't biased to one specific company. He gave me and my wife different options to choose from and then gave his professional advice based on our situation. He came by during the installation to make sure everything was going ok. Wrede is also following up with us to make sure that our panels are producing to their maximum
