Let me first tell Chris thank you for his patience and customer service, he is the main reason I have continued to work with this company.
I ordered 4 automated tiki toches 3 to 4 months ago and still do not have 4 working tiki torches. Sent the 4 torches, two of the 4 did not work. they asked me to change the blister pin in one after it shorted it self out and sent me a new tiki head for the second. After changing the blister pin it still didnt work and had to send anotherhead. (shocker right? A shorted tiki head that still didnt work)
So at this point I had 3 working heads, and it took 3 weeks

We could not be happier with our fire bowls! I worked with Chris who helped us choose the exact bowls we needed. The samples were very helpful in choosing the right color. The gray is beautiful and the reinforced concrete looks natural, modern, and very classy. The burners create a beautiful flame that also generates a lot of heat if you're looking for warmth on a chilly evening. We have gotten tons of compliments. These fire bowls took our pool area from cool to epic!! I highly recommend taking a look at our pics.

Back in August my wife and I had a patio and custom fire pit added to our home. As the pit was custom made we were not able to purchase a standard cover or screen for the pit so I looked up online and gave Outdoor Fire and Patio a call. I spoke to Chris and within and hour after discussing what I was looking for as well as reviewing the dimensions of the custom pit we had an order placed at a very reasonable price. Then much to my surprise both the cover and screen arrived within 5 days of placing the order!! They are stainless steel painted with a high temp paint and they look and work exactly
