I talked to several other companies who refused to work on my fridge because it was a Samsung, Katie was able to fit me in the same day which was a huge blessing as i was concerned about my daughters breast milk getting too warm! Katie’s Appliance Repair is definitely my go to now for appliance repairs. Katie is professional, quick, and very efficient. We called her after our dryer was making some dreadful noises. Contacted Katie’s appliance about fixing my dishwasher and she gave me some tips to try before she came out and they worked! Awesome customer service and she saved me money by not having to come out! Would highly recommend and will definitely call again the next time I need service!

I called Katie when my dryer started making an awful screeching noise, she fit me in the very next day, was extremely punctual & professional. Told me a belt was going bad & was able to fix it right on the spot for a lot less than I thought it would be. She was friendly & quick! They are terrible I would not recommend to anyone I was very excited because lady showed up to fix my stove and she did nothing she said she ordered apart in a month and a 1/2 later in 6 phone calls later I still haven't heard a word ended up having to go with a completely different appliance companies Dix appliance There awesome they came the same day ordered the part called days later in came and fixed no questions asked Set do not use Katie's appliance and less you want to never have your stuff fixed . Katie is AMAZING! We have a 4 1/2 year old Samsung that had been repaired 3 times by other companies for a variety of issues (refrigerator wouldn’t stay cool, ice maker breaking down, etc). Last Christmas, before finding Katie, it took about 8 phone calls to find a repair company that would even work on a Samsung. Obviously the repairs didn’t ‘stick’. We were considering buying a new refrigerator when someone suggested going to Samsung’s site and finding an authorized repair person/business. I’m so glad we did! Katie ordered the parts and made all the repairs
