Services
Wait until you have a full load before running the dishwasher. When loading the dishwasher, make sure no dishes obstruct the rotating spray arms. There's an arm that spins under the bottom rack, another above the top rack. Load more fragile items in the top rack. The highest-pressure jets are directed at the lower rack to help clean pots and utensils.

My dryer broke and Adolph came out to look at what was going on. There was alot more that needed repairing than we expected. My dryer was a huge fire hazard. Adolph gave us the run down of the repairs in detail.
We decided we should just get a new set. I appreciate Adolph's honesty. Instead of trying to get us to repair it so he got paid he wanted overall for us to be safe in our home and also advised we get a new one.
He even came out after and helped put the dryer back together so we could get it out of the house.

Man let me tell you this guy is the real deal when I comes to repairs. I call him the dryer whisper because he came in and figured it so quick. Adolph Thompson came out to my house on 10.18.21. I had a fridge that stopped working properly... and out of 4 companies that I called he was the only one to return my call. In fact, the day he called was the same day he came out.
Top-notch service. Very knowledgeable and gave us options on the fixing the fridge. I highly recommend this company.

Repair man came out and figured out what the problem was, said he had to order the part and would come back to install. He was paid for the service call and part and we never heard from him again. Tried calling voicemail, mailbox full.
