The entire Drain Terrier crew was great. The office team was very responsive and able to have plumbers come out promptly. The plumbers were on time, driving a company van, wearing company uniforms and were able to identify our issues quickly. I appreciated them talking us through what was happening and what was required to properly fix the problems. They clearly had a mastery over plumbing but were also very knowledgeable about general home construction. After the initial assessment they provided a detailed invoice with costs associated with each item. Their prices came in below other quotes. When

The Drain Terrier team has been a critical player in our kitchen remodel including replacing our 30 year old water heater and installing a new faucet and garbage disposal. When we needed the team to help with an unexpected full home repipe (from old rusted out galvanized), they got the job done in 2 short days at a reasonable cost which really helped to alleviate some of the stress that comes with an unexpected (and serious) home repair.

Tracey did an amazing job! I was looking for help with a leaky faucet that needed replacing and Drain Terrier was able to send Tracey within a week. Surprised I was completely ghosted by this company after leaving a morning message asking for drain help with a drain fixed by this company in Feb. It wasn't a "I'm mad"message, just pathetic because I'm discouraged I have yet another major appliance/house repair issue to deal with...nonstop over the past 2 months. I just asked when they could come by and how much it would be.
Whether it was a legit non-callback or they're running the other way because they think I'll complain about the work they did, doesn't matter. For a family-run biz to completely ignore

I recently had an issue where my kitchen drain was clogged up due to a build up of debris. I contacted Savannah and she scheduled me an appointment for the same day!
Not only was the service from Tracy 5 star, he arrived quickly, unblocked the drain in about 5 minutes, and just knocked the ball out of the park!!
I also forgot to mention, their rates are extremely reasonable, especially for the quality and honest workmanship that they provide.

In this day and age where caring and customer service seem to be things of the past Terry and Drain Terrier have renewed my faith in people. It was fairly late when my basement drains started backing up. I first had tried to call one of those "Big Corporate" rooter companies with the catchy jingle. After 3 hours and 3 promises I just gave up. I found Drain Terrier online and was so happy I did.
They came out in less than an hour. They respected my home, wore masks, cleaned my drain and did no try to do a hard sell for a $10,000 drain. They did however, make some good suggestions

Drain Terrier was fantastic! We needed our water heater replaced and they were able to come by for a quote within 24 hours and then do the replacement the following data. We now have hot water :) They were also punctual, wore masks and followed COVID protocol and were very friendly. We will keep them on our short list.

Our drain backed up last night around 1030. I called at least four other people immediately and did not hear back from a single one. This morning we were introduced to Drain Terrier and they came to the house right away and solved our issue within 30 minutes of being on site.

Edit: called around to make sure I wasn't being a total Karen. 3 different quotes: $99, $135, & $120 for preventative snake from the house to the street.
****less than 4 months later and now I'm trying to sell my home and they are requiring "Sewer contained roots and debris, certified professional to clean and recheck with camera and provide receipt" crazy when they told me they got absolutely nothing out.
Realtor emailed video and had conversation about coming back out and the response:
"These are fresh roots and this was done almost 5 months ago. We can come back

I'm a new home owner and inexperienced dealing with gas lines. Tracy and Gary came and helped to ensure my line was working properly, and that there were no leaks. I called Drain Terrier a couple of days ago when my bathtub wasn't draining. The man who came out explained the problem - my mainline was clogged. He unclogged the line with his rooter machine. The whole thing took a little over an hour. I was happy with the experience. There weren't any hiccups. They were in and out and didn't charge more than I expected. 👍
