In 1992, Raleigh Heating & Air began in a Garner home with just two employees. In the past 20 years, the company has grown, and we now have 46 coworkers, as well as a modernized office, a professional sheet metal and ductwork shop, and a fleet of service, installation and sales vehicles. We are proud of how Raleigh Heating & Air has grown, and we are even more proud of the things that have stayed the same.
Unfortunately, most equipment failures occur during extreme weather when an AC installation must be completed quickly. We provide flexible financing options that can be used for new equipment purchases, repairs and maintenance. Raleigh Heating & Air is the preferred choice of residents in the Triangle region for maintenance, installation and AC repair services.
We serve Raleigh, NC, and the surrounding areas, including Apex, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Cary, Chapel Hill, Durham, Wake Forest, Fuquay Varina and Angier. I was with Raleigh Heating and Air for many years and happy. They inspected both my heat pumps twice a year and repaired when needed. A couple years ago the local owners sold the company to Air Experts.
In October my downstairs was inspected the technician found problems including low coolant (R410A). He then told me about expensive repair options and suggested I should consider replacement. He further told me my heat pump was 13 years old and its about at the end of its expected life.
The technician really didn't seem know too much about heat pump control. He told me when the outside temp drops

Excellent company to keep your unit “healthy”. They installed our unit almost 10 years ago and (knock on wood) it’s still going strong! I think the reason for this is the fact that we have had them come by each season (heating & cooling) to clean it and give it a thorough check up! I can’t stress the importance of this enough!

We were very impressed with Raleigh Heating & Air: responsiveness, courteousness, professionalism, very efficient work and knowledge. Our AC stopped working in a very hot Saturday night. We called to many AC company for emergent services. Raleigh Heating & Air was the first company calling back. The front desk staff was very nice and patient. The onsite diagnosis trip was scheduled immediately. I was very very impressed with this technician’s work, follow-up, dependability, and knowledge. I had to have 2 parts ordered and it meant a lot that the same tech came to install each part when they arrived, since he was very knowledgeable about the problems I was having. That has never happened before with any other company and it made a huge difference since the problems I had were very unique to my house. I was educated by the info this tech shared and feel I am in much better hands going forward. 5 stars!

Sean was prompt, very professional, and followed up with me to update me on how my AC system is working. He also suggested a UV light to keep the coil clean in my system which I appreciate. So far everyone I’ve interacted with at Air Experts has provided exceptional service and gone beyond expectations, and I’ll continue my service plan with them and would definitely recommend them!

This is a dryer vent used as duct work installed by Raleigh Heating and Air with spray foam… I contacted them after I had them do a full replacement with brand new duct work, I complained it was not done right… and the boots are not sealed or fitted right and fall down constantly and this is a dryer vent! They used a dryer vent for parts of the job. It’s not taped and not sealed either. They told me it’s not there fault or problem and blamed the issues on rodent damage because rodents got inside the duct work. Well the rodents got into the duct system because they didn

Fantastic service! I was able to call and speak with someone at 10pm with their 24/7 service and Marcus showed up the following morning. he did a fantastic job, was honest and professional. even on a holiday weekend July 3/4 without charging for holidays or emergency services.
