Ferguson Construction has proven experience! Founded in 1948, we were the first tilt-up contractor in the Pacific Northwest. Since that time, we have built over 32 million square feet of commercial, industrial, office, and retail facilities. Our team is very talented -- our project managers average over 20 years of experience and our superintendents average over 30 years of experience.
In 1948, Hugh Ferguson founded a small construction company at the beginning of Seattle's post-WWII industrial boom. In those early days, Ferguson Construction specialized in remodels, but in 1952, with the erection of its first tilt-up building, the company had begun to expand. Upon Mr. Ferguson's retirement In 1982, the company was purchased by long-time employee Gene Colin.
For over 40 years, Ferguson Construction has worked with some of the leading retail firms throughout the Pacific Northwest. From small ground up stores, to large big box clients, we have the experience and understand how important it is to meet your schedule! Ferguson Construction is the leader in new warehouse construction and renovations.
Over the years, we have shown a deep involvement in and special focus on our community - be it the state, county or local neighborhood.
