I ordered a SofTub over the phone last winter (I can't remember the name of the man I spoke with but he was very friendly and knowledgeable). Due to COVID and increased demand there was about a 6 month wait, so I put down my deposit and forgot about it. Two days ago I got a call from Koa that my tub was here and he could deliver it that day! Kind of felt like getting a surprise Christmas gift in July . I'm now enjoying my new tub, and it was totally worth the wait

My boyfriend and I went in and Nick was super helpful in answering our questions. He not only gave us super helpful information but took the time to make sure we understood all the steps and the necessary tools to take care of our tub. He obviously cares about the work he does at the hot tub place and moving forward this will be our one and only hot tub stop.

Took my soft tub motor in to A Hot Tub Place to have the power cord replaced (puppy chewed through it). While it was there they asked if I wanted to get the motor serviced (not a sales pitch but as an awareness of owning it). They already had my unit in the shop so figured it wasn't a bad idea. Super reasonably priced and super knowledgeable. A few weeks later the breaker would pop as soon as I plugged it in. Not sure if it was coincidental or what. Called and spoke to Nick, as he assured me he would figure out what was going on... Many things

From presale questions to purchase, setup, support, warranty work, Mark, Glenn and Nick have been everything you would want, and have gone above and beyond in helping with some softub T220 warranty issues. They have been helpful and are quite experienced with water treatment so all around a great experience. I think they define customer service.

Reconsider your repair!!!! This place was great until the shipped me back my power pack without even finish the assemble. As horrible as it would be to take your car to the mechanic and get the unit back still in pieces this came to be a good thing. You see you don't need them to charge you all this money. The seal is $5.99 on Amazon (US Seal) and the work to install it is not complicated at all. I encourage you to watch the YouTube video about replacing the pump seal, about 2 minutes long and teaches you all you need to know. Don't pay the markup prices for these pump parts, it is

Went in with a spa problem and got information on a fix I could do myself, no cost for the advice. They could have easily sold me on a new hot tub but did not, instead gave me the recommendation of fixing it myself instead of a costly house call. I will go there again if another problem arises or it's time for a new hot tub.

Glen and his staff are great to work with and really make sure they meet the customers budget and needs. We had a big list concerning the fun and health aspect and ultimately we wanted to make it easy to maintain and not a hassel to deal with on a regular basis. We are having a blast even in the hot summer weather. I asked for some help on a couple of items and very quickly they responded not only by phone but also came to my location twice to make sure I was informed on all the things I had questions about. This is only my second time ever writing a review in yelp, so you can bet there is a great reason for it and that it is an honest review due to my experience with this company.
After troubleshooting my spa and making a expensive appointment to have someone come out to look at it, I decided to call around for rates. I happened to call A Hot Tub Place and got transferred to their repairman (whose name I didn't remember because I was so thrilled and excited with his service).
He could have very easily had me make an appointment to come and troubleshoot the spa which all companies seem to charge

I purchased a couple of spa chemicals from this store so I can't comment on their overall performance of repairs or other business aspects. The counter staff member I engaged was fine. No problems. Overall, my experience was simply the average shopping experience there. Their inventory is not large as their store space is really small.
I can say that the business has been in the same location for over 10 years that I've gone by that location. They sell hot tubs on site as well as chemicals.
Their location is north of downtown Santa Rosa & just off of Highway 101 in Santa Rosa,

I gave up my bathtub when I downsized... I love to sit in warm water with or without bubbles and read... Great Start to my day.. every day. Got a 2 person soft tub from these folks and it is a dream fulfilled. Outside my new 5th wheel RV is a flat spot on my pad that is where the tub is installed. Put a lovely offset umbrella above it to keep off the rays and I can see my iPad to read... Happy old lady... would go back to them anytime for support or to recommend them to friends.

We couldn't have been more impressed with the product and service! We went in one day just to scope out hot tubs and get an idea of what could work in our location and budget. We had never heard of a softub, but we were quite impressed after learning about it. Glenn spend over an hour talking to us about all the different tubs and their pros/cons. He was honest and never pushy. We decided on a charcoal/pearl 300T with the custom wicker surround. Our tub and surround arrived two weeks later and Mark helped us with the setup. He went out of his way to meet our timeframe and situate the tub like

10 years ago we purchased a hard tub when we lived in Santa Rosa from A Hot Tub Place...... Then we moved to Windsor, had limited space, and missed our "TUB" so much, SO....went back to A Hot Tub Place and just had a "Soft Tub" installed!! LOVE IT... Great installer and customer service once again!!!
