Watching Dan grow a business inspired her to join the team. As Dan's daughter, she has been involved with all parts of the business from providing service to office management. She now handles most customer serivice & new account management as well as administrative duties. Built on knowledge, experience, and hard work, we hold a deep value in customer service and quality spa care.
A compete clean out is recommended for spas that have not been in use or haven't been serviced recently. Our weekly spa service is for residents who use their spa frequently and want to ensure high quality spa water at all times. We also recommend weekly service for residents whose water is not clean or clear coming directly out of the hose (usually outside city limits).
All payments REQUIRE the "Name on Account" to be entered and must match the name on the file or payments may not be applied correctly. Invoices are primarily emailed to customers within the first 5 days of each month for the service of that month. Please pay the Total Amount Due on the account; reflected in the very bottom box of the invoice.

Dan is the nicest guy ever, I have a redwood spa so while he was unable to help me due to it's very particular equipment he spent 20mins on the phone with me explaining how best to take care of it, how to drain and clean it if i have to do it myself (which it looks like i do because no one takes care of these old wood tubs) and then gave me the insider secret on buying pool chemicals and when and how much to use! It was seriously like a private lesson in spa care and he did it out of the kindness of his heart. Please give this man your business!
