A few years ago my wife and I were driving home from Cotati and we caught a glimpse of a row of multi-colored Adirondack chairs that made us pull over for a closer look. That started a fruitful (and costly) relationship with Gabe Givan and Sonoma Backyard that continues to this day. We've been fortunate enough to be able to furnish and equip our entire backyard, all with Gabe's expert, no-pressure, informative assistance. We can't recommend Sonoma Backyard and Gabe enough.

Great team. We bought a sectional patio lounge set from them. Customer service was professional and responsive from start to finish, from pricing different options, to delivery. When we thought the set had come without the clips to secure the pieces together, they took charge and got the manufacturer to send us the clips. I would definitely buy from them again.

We recently purchased a hot tub, outdoor seating and fire pit from Sonoma Backyards. Gabe Givan was extremely helpful, informative and generous with his time in answering our questions, providing recommendations and even trouble-shooting hot tub set up issues over the phone. He went above and beyond the call of duty by making a house visit to help us determine color choices, and where to put the tub and electrical outlet. I tried to get a quote from Sonama Backyard on a pool install and Stephen Gibbs ghosted me like he's a teenage boy.
He came out to the house and we had a good conversation about a potential pool install. He expressed some concern over access to the yard, which would likely be through a neighbor's property, but assured me he'd have his guy out to look at the access and would provide a quote the following week. A week later when i contacted him, he said his guy hadn't been able to get out, but would soon. Since then, nothing. I've left vm's for him on his cel and

Just ordered a hot tub here and it was delivered a few weeks later. I guess Covid has everyone wanting the finer things. I went to almost very hot tub store in the immediate area, as this is our first one and we had no idea what to expect price wise. These guys beat everyone else, hands down- despite claims from the other places that they were giving me a deal too good to pass up. Delivery was a breeze and the guys who dropped it off are probably my favorite people to every deliver something at my house- so sweet and professional.

I am extremely happy with my experience here, and with their follow-up service. We shopped at a couple of other places, but Gabe was by far more knowledgeable and helpful than the salespeople we spoke to at other stores. After buying my hot tub, and a very professional and smooth delivery service during the holidays, I changed my mind about one of the features I had chosen. Gabe was very understanding and helpful, and worked with me to get just the setup we wanted. It was a great experience, and we will certainly recommend Sonoma Backyard to friends!

Sonoma Backyard is THE place to purchase your hot tub. The price is hard to beat and the service was top notch. This was my first time purchasing a hot tub and it was for my rental property. To say I was shocked when I heard how expensive it was is an understatement. So I did some more research and found that I couldn't find a cheaper hot tub for the hot tub I was looking for. I just bought a hot tub from this store 3 months ago and just received it this month. They promised 4 week delivery, it took 8. They promised free delivery in the cost, here comes a $650 additional charge. I had to fight to get this charge off which was more than a few calls of my time.

I have seen their sign from the 101 numerous times and heard them advertised on KSRO Fm and finally went it to see what hype was all about and I can happily say its hands down the Best Patio Furniture Store I have ever visited! Sonoma Backyard has very high quality outdoor furniture and an amazing staff who went above and beyond the call of duty for us! We purchased a discounted, showroom model beautiful outdoor kitchen that came with a propane BBQ grill. They overnighted us a conversion kit so we could hook it up to our natural gas. When the kit was delayed beyond the date for our celebratory BBQ, they came over and hooked up propane so that we could have our BBQ. Looking at their web site I thought I hit the king of all outdoor furniture stores. What I soon found out after getting there is there is more yard furniture at your local Lowe's, Home Depot and Orchard Supply. They must have used one of those special fish eye lenses on the camera when they took the picture of the showroom. That was a waste of time. The help wasn't anywhere as good as the aforementioned stores either. I was told they could order anything I needed, but I can do that as well on line, with free shipping and not sales tax.
