I Brad King, Account Manager (Ontario Region) have known and had the pleasure of dealing with him at the Frigidaire Parts Branch (Kitchener) since 1990 until 1999 when I became the branch manager for Reliable Parts Ltd. in Kitchener.
If your refrigerator isn't cooling properly you could try checking the condenser coils. There are condenser coils on the rear of the fridge, make sure the fridge is several inches from the wall and that nothing is on top at the rear, blocking the heat from coming off the coils. If the condenser coils are under the fridge make sure they are cleaned out every 6 months or so.
