Assigned through warranty company for repair. Spoke with Dawn and she scheduled. At the time of appointment, today, I got a cancellation notice. I called and Dawn, who handles the phone and scheduling, had no idea why it was cancelled. I called warranty company to find out that TN appliance cancelled appt. Dawn had no idea. Very unprofessional to have the scheduler not know what is going on and to mislead the customer. If you can go with someone else, you might want to consider that for your repair.

Lowe’s set up this appointment for me because my refrigerator went out for the third time. Lowe’s had it scheduled for a Friday, I was sent a text by TN Appliance exchange stating they didn’t have anyone available for the scheduled time so they asked if I could give them a time the following week. They came out when they said, looked at the refrigerator and then said they couldn’t repair it because it took a different kind of refrigerant. I would need an LG technician to fix it they said. It uses butane, which most modern newer refrigerators do. But whatever. Was there for about 15 to 20

I had 2 appliance repair visits scheduled within a week. First time tech called after the 1p-3p scheduled time slot had passed.
There was a mixup and he said he didnt have what he needed. I reset the appt for a few days later. 2nd appt was also scheduled for 1p-3p time slot. About 2p I was texted saying tech was running late. I waited, then called the office and was told that 4 appts were scheduled before me in the same time slot. 5 appts in 3 different cities in a 2 hr window!
I was hung up on, maybe accidentally, but no one would answer - I was on hold 10 min then the phone cut off--or return

READ THIS BEFORE CALLING THIS COMPANY
They did not come on site to diagnosis problem called for model number and issue. Did not show up for their scheduled appointment. Rescheuled 2 days later. Showed up and were surprised they were here to fix the refrigerator after waiting an extra two days and then could not fix the issue. Wasted more than a week on these guys . You cannot go wrong trying anyone else.

Terrible company. Came out and gave me a code to push on my dishwasher to keep it running while the heating element was being ordered/replaced. Came back after calling them to let them know that even with the new heating element I was having to put this code in once a week to keep it running.
Would not take responsibility or even do an inspection of the dishwasher to see what else might have been causing this. After getting second opinion it turns out that yes, 2 parts are needed. They will never step foot back in my home. Worthless and a waste of my time.

UPDATE: A few minutes after posting this review, the company has provided a refund electronically. I am grateful everything is finally resolved, yet our experience here still stands, so I am only adjusting this review from 2 stars to 3.
Our first appointment was on August 20. On arrival, our technician was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue, and explained the part would need to be ordered.

Great place to buy an appliance! I found exactly what I was looking for on their website which is very straight-forward and easy to use. I then went to the store to look at it in person and everyone was extremely helpful and patient as I shopped around. Everything was appropriately priced and the checkout process was quick and easy. My delivery arrived on time and the guy who installed it was very professional and did an excellent job. My washer and dryer work very well! Fantastic experience!!! My husband and I needed a fridge, washer and dryer for our new house. We found TN appliance exchange and we are so glad we did!! We got an incredible deal! The customer service was outstanding and the installation was incredibly fast and efficient. The appliances are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We will defiantly be back when we need appliances again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Save your time and money, go in and take a look you wont need to go any place else!

Very reasonable prices, nice people to do business with. Even though used, our washer/dryer were both clean, looked to be in good shape and were delivered in a timely manner. We had a loose agitator issue with the washer early on and it was fixed shortly after reporting it. If you're looking for good used products I definitely recommend them.
