Huff Appliance Service

Terrible experience with Huff Appliance. When attempting to schedule the repair for our ice maker, I was told that they would "get to me when they could." Each time, they showed up announced with no advance notice. After 2 attempts to repair my ice maker in my home, they took it to their shop to "watch it" for almost 10 days. Each time, I was assured it was fixed only to have it stop working 3 days later. They left scratches on my custom cabinets, left tools at our house after each repair attempt, and their scheduler offered countless excuses as to why no one would ever call me back. We finally

Great Experience! We own a Fisher Paykel 2 Drawer Dishwasher and had no luck previously with 2 other appliance plumbers or technicians with them only replacing motors and various parts that apparently weren't needed. Huff Appliance Service was our last ditch effort and we were very lucky to get such knowledgeable and professional help when they sent Shayne. He assessed the problem almost immediately and ordered the part needed replaced the on board computer and gave very much needed advice on how to prevent this from happening again. Being the wife and dishwasher I was ecstatic getting it repaired

Poor service and communication. Received quote without a breakdown of pricing. Was hung up on when I said I would be going in another direction.

Super rude staff answering the phone. Both times we called to see about potential service and scheduling it was a horrible experience. They were recommended by Complete Protection Warranty and apparently the only service company in the area they partner with. We ended up going a different route and would avoid ever calling here again if possible.

This was a great experience from start to finish. My 4 month old Bosch dishwasher quit working the Friday before Christmas. I called several appliance repair companies and Huff was the only one willing to set up an appointment Christmas week. Shayne, the repair technician, called in the AM of the appointed day to let me know when he would arrive.
He was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We were very impressed.
I will definitely call Huff in the future when I need appliance repairs.

Would love to give them ZERO stars. Called for an appointment but they were booked several days out. Booked for the next available day and told them it had to be BEFORE 1pm. Called the morning of the service and my time request was completely ignored and I was put as the last appointment of the day. Only option provided was to book the next available time which was 4 days from now. Need training in customer service!!!!

Wonderful Service! Thank you Huff Appliance! Bought a new Bosch dishwasher back in July that would not run properly. Huff not only came out and fixed the problem on the day that fit our schedule, they were on time, polite, fast and very knowledgeable. Five stars all the way!
