What a great company to deal with!! They contacted me to give me the approximate time that morning & then touched base again as the time got closer. Wayne was quick, professional and a pleasure to deal with! He patiently answered all my questions and the price was less than I expected!! Will never use a different company for my repairs!

I do recommend Advance for their knowledge. My only complaint is that for $120 service fee charged. Apparently the issue with my washing machine is so common, he had to just spin the drum. Total of 10 minutes. Maybe. (Which seriously made me question my vocation and life path). The cost of the repair was not worth it (as I could buy another for that cost).

We have had excellent work done by several employees of Advance Appliance. Each has been courteous, professional, experienced. They have diagnosed and fixed a Bosch dishwasher, GE microwave, Wolf cook top and now a Maytag dryer. The tech who fixed the microwave went out of his way to replace a coupler instead of an entire new motor--saving us $hundreds.
