Mike was quick to call me back after I inquired through their website. We discussed what we wanted cleaned, he gave me a quote & was here 2 days later! Super friendly, great w/ our pups, knowledgeable & quick! Mike cleaned our sectional couch which we’ve had for over 11 years…it looks amazing! Carpets look and feel fresh & new as well. Will definitely highly recommend Connoisseur carpet & will have him back again!

He came and cleaned our couch that our dog rubbed herself on when she had allergies . Never had it cleaned until she passed away💔He did a great job … hope to get him back to try getting our bedroom carpet cleaned .. it’s old and pretty much worn out, but not changing until our other dog has passed 💔

Mike came to our house to clean a horrible stain in our carpet that was in a conspicuous place. He worked on it VERY hard and it is completely gone. He also cleaned our overstuffed chairs (3) and our sectional couch. The couch chaise was so worn and dark I thought I would need to get a new couch. It is about 9 years old and now looks brand new. If you're looking for peace of mind, do not call ANYONE other than Mike P with Connoisseur. Knowing that your project is in the hands of a professional is always important, but hiring one who is interested in performing their trade with technical excellence is even more important. I wish I had taken before and after pictures as the difference is dramatic. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Connoisseur.

I asked Connoisseur Carpet Cleaning for a quote on cleaning the carpets in a home I rented. They came out, measured the rooms and gave me the price. What really impressed me is that they protected every corner with plastic bumpers to protect the woodwork. Then they laid down a runner to protect my tiled floors that they had walk over to get to the bedrooms. The carpets were cleaned beautifully! I love supporting our local businesses - especially when they do an outstanding job!

Absolutely LOVED the way my carpet looked AND felt after he finished (not crunchy fibers like many other companies have done) it looked like new carpet was laid. Michael was very thorough and had great attention to detail which I appreciated. Wonderful company! I’m very happy that I called them. I will definitely call them again.

I was incredibly impressed with the service I received from Connoisseur Carpet Cleaning. Light cream carpet and two large dogs in my home is not always the best combination. Mike was not phased at all by the state of my carpet. He meticulously went room by room conquering every stain as if it was his own home. The results were remarkable! He was a joy to have in my home. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be calling him in the near future.

Mike is amazing. Fast to respond, accurate/fair pricing and does one hell of a job. Not only do the carpets look amazing but he helped educate me on the type of cheap carpet we have and how we can take care of it. I wish I had a before picture-we got a new puppy and the carpet was already in a bad state but he just added to it. It now looks soooo much better. Plus side? It dried so fast!!! Call him. You wont be disappointed.

I was nervous about having the carpet cleaned since it was overdue and I have 3 dogs. I was unsure it would be worth the effort; but, Mike did an amazing job! My appointment was scheduled quickly and everything was prompt, efficient, and most importantly, my carpets look new! I am amazed at the beautiful results. I live in Saratoga Springs and will call for Mike without delay when the time is right for the cleaning.
