Driven Auto is top notch! I have been shopping around for months for a 4-series BMW, and found one at Driven Auto in Burbank, IL. Although I had reservations about the vehicle due to a luggage rack conversion, I was amazed with the level of customer service that I received! This vehicle feels, looks, and smells like a brand new BMW!
Moneer was very accommodating, and he was very patient with the me and the amount of questions that I threw at him. Bill assisted with additional preparation requests, by removing the luggage rack that I had concerns about. It completely gave a new dynamic to the vehicle

DO NOT BUY ANY car from a dealer this or anyone else that does not accommodate for you to check the car out thoroughly.
Several dealers, used or new have no problem letting you take the car more than a minute or two from their lot, quite a few let you take it overnight.
Spent over 20k at this place for a vehicle that at this point has major issues.
Drove of the lot with 1 warning light that I was told, it will clear up as you drive.

Such a grimey dealer. Inquired about a vehicle listed online, salesman "Raul" told me vehicle was there getting an inspection to let him know when id be there. I later asked about another more pricey vehicle and all of a sudden Raul comes up with a whole bs story about someone test driving the first vehicle and potentially them buying it and said for me to check out the more pricey one that it'd be there, I wasnt going and told him to keep me updated. I later asked if any update and he said its being worked on he'd update me in an hour in The meantime fill out the online credit

I bough a bmw 435i drive and I didn't like the tires and it came with one key so I told them I like the car but I need new tires and another key and they were so helpful and got me new key and new tires !!good price , low rate ! I came to this great dealership last month, with my sister. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and shown the upmost respect and sense of welcome from the staff. Chris was especially helpful and very knowledgeable, in terms of his field and how to best help finance customers! Chris was so great and easy to work with him. Bill the Manager and Owners dont know how to conduct business on used Luxury vehicles.

I do not recommend looking at used luxury performance cars. They wont qualify you, so they wont even let you drive. their "precious" used performance m5. They are afraid to put 10 miles on car that is used and treat it as if it were brand new...

If I was to recommend a used car dealership, this would be the "One". A no pressure, pleasant experience!! The salesman, Ibrahim, is outstanding to work with. While my son worked on a deal for purchasing a car. He handed me keys to any car I wanted to look at, knowing I wasn't buying at this time. If you're in the market for a high-end clean car, this is where you want to go. The prices are very fair, along with good quality vehicles.

Last week, I bought my first car from Driven Auto Sales. As a first time car buyer, I was nervous about going through the experience. The staff at the dealership made the process pretty smooth. There were some communication hiccups, but everything got smoothed out. I took away one star for that and because I felt like a staff member caught a little bit of an attitude with my dad over the phone. I don't like when my parents are disrespected for looking out for my best interest. I also feel like they were pushing me to buy the car while I was trying to secure financing from an outside source

RUN don't walk from this worthless piece of @@@@. Eric Carmack. They are crooks, buy a car, pay for it, 3 months no title. They don't pay their bills, so the their bank keeps your title. I will find him.

When in the market for a car go see Bill and team! After having gone to 4 dealerships with 'bait and switch' prices, 'different car' than what they promised etc., a family member referred my husband and I to Bill. When I say top notch customer service they get it!

Everything was done via phone and email due to schedules and Bill was an absolute professional. This is the way to do business and they even delivered the car to our home! I can't say enough and really appreciate Bill and team. He has made me a believer again in honest, trustworthy car salespeople!

I can tell you that I recently purchased a Q 50 sport from Driven auto sales, My Sales person was Mike I must say I was set to Haggle and Argue for a good deal but Mike cut me such a good deal it was really a stress free deal. I would tell anyone looking for an Awesome Deal go to Driven auto sales and I am not the type of person that writes reviews but I had to do it. The service is truly top notch.

Ibrahim and the staff were great to deal with, respectful, honest, fair, and fast. I normally purchase high-line vehicles from the mainline dealer, but Driven provides an experience that is better than most with vehicles that are very clean. Thanks for the great Audi for my wife and kids. I will definitely let Driven earn my future business if I'm looking for a particular vehicle.
