Overall it was a pretty good experience, Mercedes was the girl who helped us she’s did her best. The only reason it’s not 5 stars was because our 1st time here they were very pushy. I am not sure the name of the male but while we were discussing the price with one guy he came out of the office and laid papers down like he was trying to pull something on us. But our second time here we got the car and it was a good price! They really took care of us. We got the warranty and they threw it a full tank of gas! Overall good place. Just need to make sure there isn’t that feeling of just not wanting

We drove over 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from Midway Autohaus that we saw online. Everyone we met had exceptional customer service skills and treated us like we had been friends for years! The vehicle was fairly priced ($1000 below KBB value) and cared for well. The staff even gave us great recommendations of where to eat for dinner! I would drive 2 hours again to purchase another vehicle from Midway Autohaus!

We had a great experience buying a 2019 Honda Fit from Alex today! The process of applying for our loan and filing the paperwork took a while, but Alex made us feel right at home and provided excellent customer service while answering all of our questions. I have been looking for a car for months and every dealership I went to was a blank mission. However, I had the pleasure of working with Alexis, and she was super nice and down to earth. She did not pressure me at all, and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. I definitely recommend her! My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from this business. In the age of COVID I was very disheartened to see not a single employee wearing a mask or taking social distancing precautions on not one, but two different occasions. This is especially worrisome as we were told that one of their employees was recently ill during the pandemic, meaning the exposure risk was very high. During the encounter we were forced into small rooms with people walking in and out as they pleased, not taking any regard for the dangers to the customers. This place is shady. My family had been buying cars from them for years. In recent years now, the management has changed or something cause they lie straight to your face and they aren't respectable. Twice now I went and looked at a car. The first one, they sold to someone else the next day without even contacting me. The next one, which was about a week ago, I left them an offer and they said they had to contact the original owner cause they were selling it for him. Sold me a 2015 Mercedes C300 4 Matic a little over a year ago. When I bought it the Carfax they provided showed that the car had minor damage reported which wasn't too big of a concern for me. Fast forward to today, I get the car appraised at Infiniti Clarendon Hills, they run the car fax and show me that the there was structural damage reported and as a result couldn't offer me more than $8500. Had a bad experience with Paul via email. Inquired about a vehicle where they stated it was inspected by their techs and had a 2 year/24000 mile warranty. Was told the warranty expired last month. Which is either ignorance or an intentional lie in advertising.

My review is neither about pricing or vehicle quality, but poor attitude and ethical sales practices. Too bad, the car looked pretty good in the photos too. Also posted on Google.

Tom- Your ingenuine response 7 years later to a review I wrote in 2012 speaks largely to that fact you sincerely do not care about the service you provide. Since it appears you did not read or perhaps comprehend my original review, I'll provide a brief recap I couldn't even maintain this severely damaged car in need of major repairs for more than 6 months. I bought it in 2012 and it was towed out of my driveway claimed and deemed as junk in 2012. There is no transparency or honesty. Not then and not now. Own it.

Cars have frame damage bought from auction do your research before buying anything. Also the manager guy named don is more annoying than helpful, he trys to act like he's helpful but when we asked questions he doesnt know the answer or doesnt answer it at all instead talks in circles and we felt stuck there because the salesman told us to wait that their "manager" insists that we talk to him, for what i don't know but we left after that.

In 2014 I bought a 2011 VW CC sport from this dealer and financed it. When I was shown the car fax the sales man said it was one owner prior to me and never been in an accident. In other words a clean car fax. However fast forward to this weekend I was given a car fax and it's showed that the vehicle has been in a major accident and had structural damage. (Midway Autohaus only showed me one page of the carfax instead of both; Kaya was the one to sell me the car) I was told that it's hard to sell a car with structural damages (financed) and I was never told this by Midway Autohaus. Shopping for a car is so intimidating for someone new like me. Overall an amazing experience!! I had been to several places and it was overwhelming to say the least trying to figure out my best option. Once I spoke with Mike, he walked me through the other cars I had been seeing at other dealers and showed me the truth about those cars that was not disclosed to me. First let me say that I did NOT end up buying a car from these guys. The following is what I experienced shopping for one.

The car I was looking at was several thousand dollars below what it was priced at any other dealer. It appears to have been bought at auction and had a clean CarFax report. At the auction, it was announced that it had structural damage repaired. The CarFax would have eventually record this auction announcement but usually not for many months but I would never have known this. After all, who goes back to check the CarFax of a car they bought months ago.

As said in other reviews, they sell cars with frame damage but they manipulate the carfax they give to you so it doesn't appear in it. In short, they are scammers. Because I read these reviews before buying a car I bought the AutoCheck report which showed the frame damage. Thanks Yelp people.

ZERO STARS!!!! We were duped by this dealership and considering legal action. They sold us a "Auction announced as unibody damaged" vehicle and showed us a clean carfax for this VIN number. The only reason I found out is when I moved insurance they told me this was a high risk vehicle. Not having any accidents I was confused as to why they deemed it such high risk. They told me it was in a big accident!!! This had not been on the carfax at the time of the sale and when I had asked if this car was in any accidents at the time of purchase and they had told me that they did not know

They were very nice, no pressure, an enjoyment to work with!

My daughter bought a 2012 Nissan Versa and as a concerned Dad, I accompanied her at the dealership and was happy I did!!
