Everything was good until it was time for my car to get serviced. It’s been in they’re repair shop for 3 months waiting on one part and I’m keep getting the run around on when my car will be fixed. Its the winter/holidays and im losing out on money because at this point i wasted my time letting them service my car. Oh yeah they don’t keep you informed on anything that’s going on. It’s like i gotta stalk them to do there job smh

Hello fellow car buyers! Well I greet you in the name of God. I'm usually not the one to make public post of any kind. However, I felt the need to today. I came the the Burbank dealership to buy a car a few months ago. I saw a car that I liked and purchased the car. Well the dealership advertised one car, and switched out the car that I had purchased for another car with a different interior. They are the worst , deceptive dealership ever! I was approved for a lower interest rate,that they didn't except I found out later through the mail. I was trying to improve my credit,and I ended up paying

Erin and her team were really great to work with. Very pleasant and professional. My wife and I had been looking for a couple of months but never found anything in our budget. I was surprised when we saw the suv we wanted close by. We went in not expecting to purchase same day but couldn’t pass it up. They really worked with us and we were able to get a fair price on our trade in. We usually get our own finance but they got us a good interest rate through their bank. Overall we’re really happy with our purchase and will be recommending our friends and family members.

This dealer was the most rude and unprofessional starting off by running my credit several times left me with no chance of buying another car because they lowered my credit score from 640 to 540 . Mr. Jones gets mad every time you call and you ask him to please sell you a cargo van the runs proper they tried to force me to buy Gap warranty.. the van have multiple problems mechanical and exteriors I'm asking every customer or or people they're thinking to buy a car from this dealer please leave your honest review so people like me don't lose their time or money going to a dealer who's trying to

Overall I had a great experience! I was referred by a coworker and was not disappointed. The Sales and Financial Team were very honest and transparent. They were patient and helped me find a good reliable car in my budget. They gave me several options and provided Carfax Reports for each of the cars I liked. Will definitely be coming back.

I find out 8 months after purchase that van had been in unreported accident causing misalignment of rear door. Also, a different accident onsite at Baha was fixed so poorly it required body work within 14 days of my purchase....they offered to pick up half of that even tho they were fully responsible. Other promised fixes were not made and have required multiple dealership and now 2 body shop visits. Do your homework......and buy elsewhere!

I really love and appreciate the people here, Just purchased my second car from them today! Brought my first Nissan Rouge SUV at the Baha in Palos Hills in 2017, any issues I had they took care of me, their service department is excellent! Purchasing my second Rouge from them was another great experience...Ali & Mousa took care of me as promised, and Eren was also a pleasure :-)

Bought the Audi Q5 2012, same month I had to change rear and front break pads , following month , I changed the motor mounts cause it was leaking, 1 and half month later fill the engine with oil every every week, I have to add 2 quaters of oils every week, by 3 month the car stop on me, not working any more, the engine is down , break , the car stop running. This is the worst dealer I ve ever deal with, they hit you with the higher interest 23% , 1 month warranty with 50/50. The guys name is Ali and Yaya or saiid. Be aware, be very careful to do business with this dealership. Worst ever. Zero 0000

I loved working with them, I sent in a question about a car online and they had gotten back to me in about 20 minutes, I came in and they had the car sitting there waiting to be tested. The car drove great they were very busy so the first test drive was extremely short but after asking the manager to go on a longer one, so I could get the car up to about 65mph there was no issue. Came back in and immediately sat down with prices all of the employees were extremely willing to work and get me the best price I gave them one offer and they took it. I wish the no Star was an option. My experience with this dealer was horrible. I purchased a 07 GMC Arcadia. The truck drove fine during test drive I paid over $10 grand Cash for the truck. After the 2nd day the truck was not working properly. The check engine light came on. I took it to auto zone and 4 transmission codes popped up. I called the salesman Juan and he said bring the truck in to be tested but he is sure nothing is wrong after I told him about the codes. He insisted their machine was better than auto zones. I went to this dealer this morning with my family, we have looked a car online and we decided to go and check it out. I walked in and start talking to a guy his name is Awad or Auwad and he was on his cell phone. Went out while waiting for someone and I found the car. A guy approach me and he was nice. He walked me back in to the same guy and told him am an Arab and he started to ask me questions. i asked for the carfax, and for a test drive, He said there is a policy to run credit which I totally understand, so I asked to hold on and negotiate price. This is not just a bad review, this is a warning to future customers. I understand that purchasing used cars means that you assume some of the problems that come along with older models (though 2007 doesn't seem that old), and I have since come to understand that Baha not only sells used cars but sells cars that they get at auctions which means there may be many more problems than normal. However, after the past three weeks dealing with the many issues that have come to light with the car I bought just a little over a month ago, I realize that Baha either does not inspect the cars before
