When my kitchen floor started to buckle, I knew there was a leak somewhere, probably under the kitchen counters and behind the cupboards. I had used JZR Construction in the past so I called them. I was afraid I would have to replace the entire counter top and cupboards, which are original to the house and would not match the rest of the room. JZR took extra care to preserve these things. What a relief when they fixed the problem and put my "original" kitchen back together. I was very pleased and will use them again for any job, large or small.

I highly recommend JZR Construction for any project, large or small. Their prices are compatible with the quality work they produce. We bought what we thought was a "move in ready home" only to find out the prior owners had illegal work done by a sub-standard contractor with a Class C license. We were very stressed and needed a good Class A Contractor to help us. JZR was able to not only put us at ease but did a phenomenal job correcting all the code violations with as little impact on our family as possible. Our home is amazing now. Zack and his crews were easy to work with and did an exceptional job from beginning to end. I hired Zack to tear down and rebuild a portion of my home following major damage from fallen trees. He worked only with top notch professionals, did an excellent job, and took care of our project from beginning to end. Zack, JZR, is always in demand, so it may take some time to get on the books, but the results are worth the wait. Thank you for doing a great job from beginning to end at a very fair price!

Our siding company told us about JZ when we discovered water damage to our framing subfloor and joists during a re-siding project. We really appreciated his ability to work with us on short notice since our siding could not be finished until the water damage was repaired.
He quickly discovered the cause of the leak, and took time to show us what had to be removed and replaced. In the process he uncovered a wiring problem that was obviously dangerous, and arranged to fix that as well. At the recommendation of a friend, I hired JZR to gut and rebuild my bathroom and kitchen. I was so pleased with his work, that I added additional smaller projects to his workload. All his work is of very high quality. The painter, electrician, and floor finisher were all top notch. I really appreciated his attention to the small details, always checking to be sure his staff did the best job possible. No hesitations in recomending for any job, small or large.
