Chimney cleaning and regular maintanence are essential to your fireplace and chimney appliance safety as well as functionality. The CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America) and the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) recommend that you have the chimney cleaned and inspected by a licensed professional at least once a year.
Prevent Dryer Vent Fires with annual dryer vent cleanings and safety nspection from one of our C-DET Certified dryer vent & Exhaust Technicians. At NFC it is our top priority to educate the public and ensure our customers are safe from the hazards of a residential fire, and one of the ways we accomplish this is by professionally cleaning dryer vents annually.
Some chimney caps are equipped with spark arrestors. This helps to contain the flying sparks from landing on your roof and spreading a fire in the event of a flue fire. Chimney caps can serve as a asthetic piece to add a touch of your style to the chimney and exterior portion of the home. For an accurate price quote, NFC will schedule a in home estimate.
The chimney flashing is located at the point where the base of the chimney meets the roof. The flashing acts as a seal for the chimney and the rood to prevent water from running down the chimney into the interior of your home. Improper installation or the natural outside weather elements can cause the flashing to rust and deteriorate.
One of the most common chimney code violation that is often overlooked when purchasing a home, is a chimney that has no liner. Not all flue fires can be prevented, however you can greatly reduce your risk by having a licensed chimney professional clean and inspect your chimney at least once per year.

We spent 5k with this company early last year in order to get our fireplace ready for the winter.. we used it twice when it got cold and it stopped working. I've now called them three times in the past month to schedule a visit so they can get help with repairs, nobody ever answers the phone and they won't even return my call.

Brannon and crew showed up on time and were able to get my gas fireplace working again. They cleaned it up, inspected it, and educated me on how to operate the setup for optimal performance. I was very thankful they were able to squeeze me in time for Christmas. They are quoting me on a new gas fireplace setup for my outdoor patio and look forward to working with them again.

Very disappointed. Had them come out to solve a draft problem in my fireplace. After discussing a few options we decided to cap it off as we had no intentions on using it. They sent me a quote on capping it and installing a very nice vent free log set. No one ever followed up on the quote at all. I called and scheduled to just have it capped. About 2 weeks after, it rained hard and the water poured in the fireplace. I called them back out where he then informs me of a chimney that is cracked and in a horrible state of disrepair. Would have been nice to know that earlier. Now they send me a quote

I needed my 22 year old rusted chase cover and chimney cap replaced. After getting outrageous quotes from at least 6 other company's, I finally got a reasonable quote from NFC. I decided to go with them since they are based in Ashland City, TN... relatively close to the area where I live. After the estimation process, it took about three weeks for fabrication of the parts. The job was rescheduled a couple of times due to inclement weather. These guys are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were on time, explained everything in great detail so that I could fully understand and went out of their way to make sure to clean up after themselves and to leave no mess behind for me to clean. All fees/costs were discussed and known in advance so no surprises – which is great! Plus their work was impeccable! I highly recommend this company!

Brandon and Jerry absolutely have done a fantastic job. They not only let me know how close they were to my house but also took the necessary time and gave more than enough effort in cleaning and prepping my stove for me to heat my house. I love these guys because not only are they friendly but also they go above and beyond for the customer. Absolutely would not have anybody else come out and service our stove and chimney.
