We needed to move offices quickly to a new larger location. We called J&W on a Monday and they moved us on a Thursday! The three guys that came to do the work were pleasant and kept things moving. Great job! Johnny and Susan were great to work with too!

Missing several items from my delivery in Spanish Fort. A dog kennel, and a few other products. The owner was not interested in helping to solve the problem. Just "report it to the insurers" and go on his merry way. The movers were hard workers, though. The one young man was polite and respectful the entire time.

J & W Moving and Storage moved us out of our home due to water damage and moved us back into our home six weeks later. They were wonderful! The crew was professional and courteous. Our furniture was returned in the same condition without additional scratches or damage. They went the extra mile for us to help us settle in. I never dreamed we would accomplish so much on moving day. A heartfelt thank you to Johnny and crew!

Please add me to the chorus of the happily surprised by the level of customer care J&W provided me in my military move (aka, PCS) from California to Mobile. Johnny (the "J" of "J&W") led his team of good guys in deploying my certifiable 11,000lb avalanche, and moreover took responsibility for a broken Mid Century Eames lounger (one of my prized possessions) that had quite obviously been damaged by the movers back in San Francisco, repairing the lounger and Johnny himself returning it to me a few days later in better condition than it had been in years. After our home was damaged by fire, the people at J & W will always be our movers. The entire staff were very professional and understanding during our time of need. I never heard the first complaint from the guys who had to go up and down stairs and load all of our things. We will not hesitate to recommend them.

We were lucky enough to get this company when my husband and I used our final home of record move from the military. We had a very good experience moving out of Hawaii, so we were definitely thankful that the movers here in Alabama with this company were just as awesome!

J & W sent out four guys to help us load our household goods into a temporary storage unit. They showed up on time, worked very quickly and efficiently, and were very polite at the same time. Swapping stories back and forth really helped the time go by that much faster, especially since our storage units lacked cell phone

I LOVED these guys! I called the day I was moving in because it was just me and my mother and we realized that we had bit off more than we could chew by trying to move everything in ourselves. They came within two hours and brought a truck load of guys. They unloaded our Uhaul and two trucks in about 30-45 minutes. They were very careful to not drop anything and nothing was scratched. There was one older man helping place things inside the apt and I believe they called him Blue. He was amazing! He was so nice and helpful!
