This was the first time I needed a mover. I was extremely nervous using a moving company, but I was very pleased. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. Daniel and Turran was so helpful letting me know that they could handle the move exactly like I wanted it. Payton, Tavaris, and Ken were professional and responsive. They were at the storage unit at 8:00 am and had everything loaded on the truck in a no time. they unloaded everything in a timely manner. I give 5 stars across the board. These guys definitely made moving a breeze.

We hired to Motivated Movers to move my sons to a new (and better) apartment. Both apartments were on the 2nd floor and Logan, Derrick and Andrew really moved to get the everything in place, help with the washer and dryer and were so very helpful when we decided that the couch really should be on the other wall. Nothing was damaged and they beat the estimate of 5 hours by 75 minutes. I highly recommend Motivated Movers and maybe you will be lucky enough to get Logan, Derrick and Andrew as your crew.

On the day of the move the guys showed up on time. Very polite and courteous.
The moved everything efficiently and in a timely manner.

Motivated Movers were referred to us by our new bank here in Alabama. We called and got a return call the next day. Great customer service from the start, gave us options on the day we needed them to unpack 2 pods. Called ahead of start time, showed up on time, very polite and dedicated to get the job done. We moved here from the Midwest, finding Southern hospitality in every area of our move and loving it here. Will refer them to any family or friends.

Absolute wonderful experience!! Our move was mid hurricane Ida and almost canceled. Brian was extremely helpful is as soon as the weather cleared getting us back on schedule to move on time. Brad, Wesley and Miles were amazing movers!! So professional and polite. Despite moving in the rain and wind they worked hard and got us moved in awesome time. We could not have asked for a better experienced. We would 100% refer them to anyone needing a move!

Very expensive is my initial reaction. Two guys for three (ish?) hours for a total of almost $900. They were only a total of about 15 pieces of furniture and about 40 boxes - all prepped for the move. They didn't have to pack anything. They used their plastic wrapping on about three pieces of furniture, about 4 blankets, nothing else. No furniture needed to be disassembled or reassembled, no awkward items either. They were slow and took them a while to park their vehicle at the drop off location (flat property). Only one piece of furniture - a dresser - went upstairs everything else was downstairs

The Motivated Mover's crew were a step above from other moving companies I have used in recent years. They looked and acted professionally. Great attitudes and were pleasant to deal with. They unpacked our POD's in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing moving services. The cost was very reasonable also. I wish we had this quality of movers and service on the packing portion of our move.

Finish time using this service and I would use them again in a heart beat!! Very professional, friendly and took pride in moving my furniture like it was their own! Moved all my boxes and heavy furniture from the 3rd floor of my apartment to my new house with zero complaints. I can't stress how incredible my movers were!!! Will be using them again!!

I never leave reviews but I literally cannot sleep because of the feeling that I have been taken advantage of. My husband is in the military and got called away to training right before we had to move so I had to go it alone with my active 9 month old. I was very anxious about it, so for a week I worked until midnight or later packing EVERY SINGLE THING and labeling EVERY SINGLE ITEM even the large things like the lawn mower and a tall stuffed animal giraffe. Hired Motivated Movers to move to another apt. within the same complex. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and their rep very professional; their prices were also very reasonable. The day of the move, the two movers, Nick and Preston, arrived promptly at the beginning of the move window. Nick and Preston were both excellent, very professional, polite and just congenial. I was extremely nervous about using any moving company after the horrible experience I had with one of those moving companies that emphasizes their men. I hired Motivated Movers to load a rental truck for me. All but one item was in the garage. Nick and Taylor did just that and much faster than I anticipated. Pending the drive and whether the load shifts, all was done as expected. Great work guys.
