Edit: I appreciate the fact that the owner called and apologized for the rudeness of his employees. As a small business owner, I understand that you can’t control everything your employees do or say. I can’t say whether or not I would recommend this company since we won’t be allowed to rent from them due to the nature of our business. However, the owner seems like the type of person who would quickly take care of any issues that might arise.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service and no information on anything you rent. Rented a piece of equipment and it already had a dent on the rear end. I told my guy I had working for me that I bet there gonna try and charge us for that. I was right and will never rent from there again or recommend them you anyone I like.

Beware! They only rent to you IF you have In town license. I have a vacation home here and needed a ladder to work in my townhouse. I have a visa they could have held for the cost of the ladder. I used to own a rental store so “I should understand”. No, I don’t. I rented to anyone who’d sign my contact agreement. Aggravated!

I have rented many items from various rental stores in several cities and this store is by far the best store I have done business with. The store was clean and arranged in a neat and orderly manner. The tools were all clean and well kept. The employees and management were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
I rented a ditching machine and it preformed great.
I will definitely use Daphne Rental when I need to rent a tool.

Have rented many times in the past? Will never rent again. Why. New policy won't allow me to be a customer. I don't believe I living outside of my means so I don't have a single credit card. I only have payments on my home and 1 car I own my other care and all other items. I have a savings account for rainy days so I don't need a credit card for thy either. Because I live within my means I can't rent equipment from this company even though I was a customer before this new policy.
