Great service. I had been dealing with another company to get my tub repaired but that process was taking forever and did not inspire confidence. Called Spa Word and has the problem re-diagnosed and fixed within a few weeks, and only that long because we had to order a part. Communication and professionalism were excellent.

Over the past three days we shopped eight spa stores on 287. Just because you don't buy from someone doesn't mean they did anything wrong, and so it is with Spa World. We had a nice, no-pressure shopping experience, and the guy showed us some options we hadn't previously thought of for strapping down our tub's cover.

This company is a sham. Do NOT under any circumstances relay on the co-owner Shane to be off his phone long enough to make eye contact or reliably give you his real last name. He has fake business cards, texts and plans hotel bookings while driving, is nothing of a supervisor and will spend less then 5 minutes cleaning your hot tub with NO regard to the amount your spending for the service. This is the individual the Owner Kurt has decided to share his business with. Absolute shame. Oh and they pay their employees with post dated checks, more then 5 days after the supposed pay date... What a joke

for Spa World--- Kurt is honest, helpful and a businessman who truly puts customers first! Plus, the two tubs I've purchased from him have Never given me a problem. Spa World gets my highest recommendation because of the workers/products-- the best hot tub business in Colo is Spa World!

I'm buying a new house with a very old hot tub in likely non-working condition, and called Spa World based on other reviews here. Kurt was super knowledgeable and helpful, giving me options for testing whether it works, what might be needed to get it back in service, or how much it would cost to haul off. Wow! Kurt at Spa World did a great job helping us select and install a spa for our backyard. He went above and beyond to give the destination a first-hand look, set up a stellar electrician and make sure every stage of the installation was as planned and on time. The entire process was without stress or pressure and absolutely accommodating of our needs as customers. I am very confident we made a great choice working with Spa World in Fort Collins!

Purchased our hot tub about 4 years ago. Really appreciate how attentive to detail all their people are. Always willing to answer questions and the few issues we have had with our tub, they've been extremely responsive and repaired the issue very quickly. Great customer service! Highly recommend them if you're in the market for a hot tub.

I wasn't impressed when I went it to ask about filtration systems. I spoke to the owner and nobody else was in the store. He said he didn't want to get into a discussion about that and pretty much defeated my reason for going to talk to a professional. I then went to another store in town and they were very nice and helpful so they gained my business for life instead of this store.

Having been a patron of another spa store for years and being very VERY unimpressed with their customer service, Spa World has been more than a breath of fresh air. These folks remember what customer service is! We've worked with Shane, Kurt and Keith and each of them have been truly great folks to work with. We own a very old swim spa and were in need of a new cover due to a bad storm - not only did they not balk at having to come out to measure it - they suggested it so we would get a real custom fit cover. I was looking around for a fire pit for my husband for Father's Day and with several places to choose from, I decided on Spa World. I am so pleased I did. Spa World offered incredible customer service as well as no charge for delivery and setup. Kurt even followed up post delivery to make sure everything went well for the surprise.
