Very poor service. After the tech was 2.5hrs late. (No call
Or headed up) The work space left a mess. Hose attached to the hose bib, frozen overnight and tangled. The electrical breakers where not properly shut off. Our hot tub does not work now. Based on a conversation with another, we will most likely need to replace the heater or other parts.

After visiting several hot tub retailers we found what we were looking for at our price point at Mountain Mist Spas. Tyler, the owner was informative and answered our questions without giving us the sales pitch. We also liked that they are local and will be able to provide service of the hot tub if needed. As well as offering water sample testing to ensure the levels are kept at the appropriate proportions.

I purchased a hot tub 1 year ago from Mountain Mist and have been taking in water samples bi-monthly since my purchase and EVERYONE on the team from the owner, Tyler to Mike in Service & Sales and Miles the master technician are ALWAYS ready to help with any issue. This year has been crazy, but today it became a little more relaxing. Thanks to the crew at Mountain Mist we have our Spa ready. They helped us find an electrician, get the spa in place, gather the right chemicals and turn this beauty on.
We couldn’t be more satisfied with the support when staff at Mountain Mist. The owners the Smith’s personally stopped by and insured we were satisfied.
Set it up this morning and it is hot and ready to enjoy this evening. I was impressed that someone was there to answer all of the I’m sure annoying calls of new spa owner. But they were more than helpful

Tyler and Mountain Mist is a top notch company. I recently had a hot tub installed and I couldn’t be happier.
From start to finish they made sure we were set up for success. Every time I called there were as a helping hand on the other end of line.
Many stores I have been in wanted to sell me what was best for the stores bottom line. Tyler and team helped me get what was best for me and my family. From the tub to to just having the right supplies they were on top of their game.

Purchased a hot tub new from store, ($6500) and have had them come out a couple times for repairs ($1500). Contacted them about removing hot tub, which would have been another ($385) but could not get anyone to call me back. I personally called them four times, finally asked to speak with Manager or Owner, but was blown off.
Tyler - I would encourage you to review your business practices.

I've been a customer for decades and Mountain Mist has always come through. They took great care of me and my last tub and after a ten year hiatus from hot tubs my wife and I stopped in and purchased a new one. We are waiting for delivery now, due in a month. Austin was great handling us and the deal. I look forward to working with Austin in the future.

In 2020 I purchased a hot tub from Mountain Mist. The customer service was great during the sales process, but in my opinion it's nonexistent now.
In my opinion it's all empty promises and ignoring issues. Shortly after the delivery they promised that they would come back and properly screw in a panel (after I removed it to try to find an owners manual) and they also promised they would order me a new owners manual. They never showed up to help me with the panel and I was never given a new owners manual.
However, there's more. Instead of going with a typical rack for the cover, I went with a

I recently bought a hottub from here and Im very new with the chemical maintenance and what not. I ended up coming to the store a few times over two days for multiple things: filter cleaner, calcium, and other chemicals. The staff there was super friendly and very informative, especially Mike who helped me with the water test and taught me all the chemical stuff. So far, despite all the chemical issues, the staff there has been great. Mike was outstanding~
