This is a great locally owned business. In the era of supply chain issues, Summit Spas had more inventory than any of the larger competitors. The staff was very helpful and they delivered a great product. They came highly recommended to me for this same reason.

This is my Third spa and first from Summit Spas of Windsor. Summit was extremely easy to work with. The Caldera Salt Water spa is a huge improvement over my 2 chlorine spas. Much better for my skin with no residue, I don’t feel like I immediately need to shower after use with salt water. I’ve made multiple calls to summit for first-timer help on maintaining the spa. Summit took extra time to help me, being very patient. I highly recommend Summit Spas to everyone! The entire (ongoing) experience was very pleasant

I bought my hot tub at Summit Spas in 2017. The purchase went smoothly, the delivery and installation were flawless. Recently I had some trouble with the tub. The techs were out in no time (and I live 30+ miles away) and fixed it up. No charge to me, since it was still under warranty. The ongoing customer support is what is going to keep me recommending this company. If I ever decide to get another tub, I will buy it here.
