We have been using them since they started up. When we moved they came with us. Family owned and operated. I trust them to take care of our needs and the products they use work. Always on time , they work around my schedule. They take care of reaching out to schedule which I appreciate, makes it so easy. If you want someone who will take care of you home or business that is not some big company trying to oversell you reach out and give Ken a call you will not be disappointed.

Ken is very personable and reliable! He is always patient and responsive to my scheduling needs and makes sure the appointment works with my calendar! Ken also guarantees his work and will come back at any time if the need arises. I have even sent photos of bugs to him between our quarterly visits and he is quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns I have. His integrity and customer service are greatly appreciated and valued!

It says a lot about a business owner when, even if you only see them a few times a year, you consider them your friend. Ken and his son are always punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. More than being good businessmen, they're also one of the good guys - you won't find more ethical, kind people out there to do business with. Additionally, they cheerfully give a veteran's discount to all those who have served, and that means a lot to me. Goodspeed Pest Solutions has been our family's quarterly pest control service for many years. Ken and Nick proactively send out reminder texts to let me know when service is upcoming and I am able to select a time that works best for my family's schedule. They do not push unnecessary services on me and proactively manage pest prevention for our household. They provide the necessary treatments, with a thorough knowledge of the season and expected pests.
