The tech explained literally nothing to us. When I called for info they said my apt manager should have gave me everything I needed to know. When I asked her for info on what they would be doing she had nothing but “preparation” info for me. When he did the treatment he unplugged our security camera so that we couldn’t watch him. Then after the treatment was done I got an email from my apartment manager saying that they recommend another $200 treatment because the tech said he found a live bug that he couldn’t get to.... horrible experience. I am are very pleased with the service provided by Pioneer Exterminating Company. I needed interior/exterior service for large tree roaches & ants. I was concerned with letting someone enter my home with all that is going on with the COVID-19 concerns.
