I have been extremely satisfied with their high level of service since then. While I am sorry to hear a previous customer was upset by seeing roaches immediately after spraying, I would like to point out that I have been doing business with Robert (he is the company owner) for twenty plus years now.
He shows up, does the work efficiently with organic products, asks useful questions (have you ever had this 1990’s wooden deck checked for termites?) and charges a fair price. He always advises against unnecessary treatments and tells us what we can do ourselves to deter pests (ants, roaches, rats, termites, etc.). His advice alone is worth its weight in gold.

I was referred to this company by the property manager through our condos. Called to report that there must be an issue because I have tree roaches walking on the kitchen counter. Robert was argumentative and now claims he cant help without charging me again, he was literally here yesterday. When I asked any questions he repeated the same thing over "our product is good and give it time to work". When I asked how much time he couldnt give and answer and ended up hanging up in my face. Saddest part of the story is he claims to be the company owner. Everyone pass the word, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT
