It had been serving the community for well over a decade. There were established crews and before stepping into the role of boss, Mark took the opportunity to work alongside them. They accepted Mark as another "hand". The seasoned roofing crew chiefs told him to go pick up this or go do that - and Mark did all that was asked of him.

Because Mark was new to the roofing crews, they had him doing manual work; carrying bundles of roofing shingles up and down ladders, tearing-off used roofing shingles and sweeping the roof deck. Mark observed EVERYTHING they did. 60 days later, we were pleased to announce that Mark was the new boss and Jean would run everything behind the scenes.

Today, we are so pleased and proud of each and every individual and to be part of a professional roofing team of caring, highly skilled individuals who take pride in flat roof installation, asphalt roof shingle installation, and carpentry. The greatness of this roofing company is due to all of us who perform our duties honestly, and diligently every day.

Low Slope Roofing Report

Large flat-roofed applications (low slope) such as residential condominium complexes, row homes, and townhouses. Smaller applications such as residential porch and garage transitions from the main home where the slope of the roof changes dramatically from steep slope to low slope on the same structure.

Faq Report

The best practice to mitigate further interior damage is to place a bucket or container under the leak, if possible. Use cloth towels to dry up the area as much as you can and use a small sharp tool to puncture bubbles to allow water to drain. Damaged Roof Report

Here are a couple great pictures of a completely worn-out roof. They show the hallmarks of failure; missing tabs, curling shingles, severe cracking and missing granules. This is an original skylight installation on a manufactured home. When your roof is replaced your skylights must be replaced too.

We hired Mark's company, Allen Exterior Remodeling, to do major repair work on a leaking chimney on our two story home. His team worked diligently to complete the job. Mark is the kind of contractor you want handling your project. Always very professional, he was totally committed to making certain we were completely pleased with the final outcome. Ours wasn't an easy project but Mark made sure it was done right. He is a skilled and ethical contractor who cares about his customers.

We had a warranty issue with Owens Corning shingles. Mark walked us through the entire process and made sure Owens Corning stood by their product. It wasn't easy and it took a long time for Owens Corning to own the problem, but Mark Stood by us the whole way. I recommend him with all my might. He could have walked away and said it wasn't his problem, but he didn't. Seriously honest/honorable man.
