They say "experience is the best teacher, " and when it comes to servicing hot tubs nothing could be more true. Finding a reliable, capable spa tech who doesn't charge an arm and a leg can, and who actually knows what he is doing can be frustrating. If you have ever looked for one or hired some you know what we mean.
When we get a tub we go through it completely and replace/rebuild everything that it needs. This tub had noticeable leaks and rot on the bottom. This particular tub had front frame damage so we removed the bad framing and replaced it. The black board is the original frame while the board to the left is actually just a support board we install while rebuilding the tub.
Every single spa we sell undergoes our thorough 32 point inspection and in many cases receives "upgrades" before we sell them. We want you to have the peace of mind that you are buying a spa in perfect condition that would easily cost you 50-75% MORE if you were to buy it new! Why pay more, when you can have the same luxury for less and still get a warranty?
In order to prepare for the installation of your new spa you will need a level space either on a deck or a pad in your yard. If you choose to put your new spa on a deck it is mandatory that you add extra support from the bottom to support both the load of the tub and the water weight. If you choose to place it on a pad it can be either gravel or stepping stones or something of this nature.
We are located 1.0 Mile south of Nissan Manufacturing on Murfressboro Road (New Nashville Hwy) inside of Parkers Square strip plaza. From I-24 go to exit #70 (Nissan Dr / Almaville Rd) Head east. Go 2.8 miles to 70 South which is New Nashville Hwy / Murfreesboro Rd (You will see the Nissan Plant directly in front of you.)

I purchased a brand new hot tub that needed to be unpackaged and moved to the back yard. The whole process was very easy. Excellent communication. Arrived on time on the scheduled day and unpacked and moved the spa within about 15-20 minutes. They even cleaned up all the packaging debris. They were excellent to work with and knew how to move a spa quickly, efficiently and with great care.

I sold my hot tub to a friend and we needed a competent mover. I had offers of "my husband and son can move it on their pick up"...etc. But I knew it was a much more involved job than that and I didn't want any mishaps taking place.

I bought a hot tub from Bubble Factory Spas. Initially I was told that by the owner that the tubs are practically refurbished. I was provided a 90 day warranty and what I thought was a really good deal. I was satisfied with the tub for several months and have recently has issues with the pump. I told the owner about it and because the tub was past warranty I had to pay $99 an hour plus the cost of parts to fix it. I agreed and we scheduled a time for maintenance. There were no set times for our appointment just, "I'll be there sometime in the afternoon." He showed up and took pictures
