In Most cases if we don't have the parts for your spa on our vehicle you will Not be charged for A subsequent Trip.

I highly recommend the Spa Guy, specifically Buck. I reached out to him for a frustrating leak on my imbedded hot tub. Despite being very busy he promptly responded and walked me through a repair saving me hundreds of potential dollars. He was able to diagnose the probable repair with only a description and brand of hot tub. Amazing customer service from Buck!
