Update: The owner reached out and discussed each of these issues. The standards he holds his company to were lacking, he agreed, but he also explained how things were supposed to be. Our sales rep made statements during the purchase process that she did not fulfill, hence why we felt "dropped" afterward. Once delivery was made, we were not shown how to properly use the chemicals to balance the water, as was promised. The sales rep had swapped out chemical packs for itemized chemicals when they were out of stock, without telling us, so I had to go there two separate times with two different checks

I was hoping to share a favorable experience but that hope quickly faded this past week. I wanted to give the owner of Hot Spring Spas the opportunity to reach out to me which I requested, but after 4 days of not hearing back, I decided to share my experience. As a business owner myself, I know how vital it is to respond to customer dissatisfaction in a timely manner. I had arranged for service for my swimspa originally in the beginning of November. Due to parts not being available, this appointment had to be pushed back until December 8th. My experience up until this point had been quite positive

We love swimming in our swim spa and thanks to Hot Springs Spas of Music City we are up and going again! After 4 years of almost daily use, the controller went down. We tried to order the part ourselves. We were having a terrible time due to the pandemic and shipping. I contacted Hot Springs Spas and spoke with Chadley. From the moment I spoke with her, I could tell she was the help we needed. Chadley took over, stayed in contact with updates, always returning calls and emails. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, Lori Edwards, who bought a HotSpring Spa for her home over a year ago. She insisted that I write a review for her and in particular mention her service technician, Joshua. She gets her hot tub serviced once a month and Joshua has taken care of her spa most times. All the technicians she's had are great, but in particular, Joshua goes above and beyond. My mom says he's so sweet and is incredibly thorough when it comes to the quality of her spa. Joshua is awesome, and so is HotSpring Spas of Music City! Their service is impeccable and she highly recommends
