Called Jack for repair needed to one of my septic drain fields. Jack and I agreed to a date and time and Jack and his team showed up as promised. Once on the job, he quoted me a fair price to repair a drain field which has been blocked for the past 15 years. Whether digging, laying new pipe or having the right equipment and people, Ward Septic was the right company to complete my repair and replacement. Very happy with the job. Georgetown homeowner

The warning light and buzzer were signaling trouble with my septic system. The Ward crew arrived on a Saturday morning, did a thorough inspection of my system and determined that the system was fine. The challenge was the large amount of recent rain soaking my field. As the rain has moved out, all is well at my residence. Ward Septic has been my go to team since ‘15 and will remain as my first to call. Thank you, Ward Septic!

If your septic system is clogged or draining slowly, Jack Ward Septic Service is the company to call. Jack has been servicing systems in Central Texas for decades and has extensive knowledge and experience in solving problems the best way. I was afraid I was going to have to replace my whole system(very expensive). But, Jack and his crew repaired it by replacing the crushed pipes leading to the leach field. Now its working like new for a fraction of the cost of system replacement. So, don't do a full system replacement before checking with Jack. There's a good chance that a repair can be made.

I had what I thought was a major issue with my septic field. I called Jack and he said before we tear up the field and put in a new one let him look at it to determine what could be done. I fortunately took his advice and when he looked at what I though was a collapsed field he found that he could get it back working with minimum work. He save me a lot of funds by getting a easier fix and not having to replace the entire field even though I told him I thought that is what we were going to have to do. VERY Honest and knows his trade back and forth!!!

Jack Ward is very professional and fairly priced. He recently serviced my septic system with short notice and inspected the main line. I had called him years ago when I bought my house and had a slow drain. He not only came out the same day but also explained the septic system to me AND assured me there were no septic issues when others might have duped me for a service. I will always call Jack Ward for septic service!

Ward Septic came highly recommended by friends. Jack and his daughter, Jessica, did a great job repairing our septic system. They explained why I was having problems and how to care for the system in the future. They charged us a fair price and cleaned up after the work.

I want to rave about Jack Ward septic and his great team. I'm selling my house and days before the photographer is due to arrive my septic alarm goes off. Immediately Jack instructs me on steps to take to prevent damage to my system. The next morning he and his team are on site, in the pouring rain inspecting the entire system from tank to field. Immediately he diagnosed the issue, and grabs his shovel to make a temporary fix so my family can get back to using our facilities while he prepares to fix the main problem. He told me he might need to bring heavy equipment to dig with, and I informed
