Ask for Nick Hittle, he is the best! He was very helpful, honest and made the process very smooth. I was in and out in 15 minutes (I’m not joking). Most salesmen say something over the phone to make you come to the dealership and end up changing the whole deal in person, but I had a great experience with this dealership and definitely will be coming back.

There communication and daily update process was above expectations. I was a Service Advisor at other dealers for 12 years and even I was pleasantly surprised. I had a couple hiccups with the visit but spoke to the Service Manager Cole. He was very quick to get back to me and was a professional as they come. He helped me with my issue right away. I was totally impressed with my salesman, Trey Edwards, at Al Serra Auto Plaza. He was extremely helpful in the purchase of my 2022 Ram. He provided all information regarding the new truck and coordinated the sale of my old truck. He is not a high-pressure salesman, but instead works with the customer to answer all questions and resolve any issues that might arise. I strongly recommend Trey if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I always use Al Serra for all of my
Vehicle maintenance. Recently I had a flat tire, luckily my jeep has a full size spare and I was able to quickly change it, called Al Serra, and got an appointment within the hour. They quickly patched the tire and had the vehicle inspected to be sure nothing else happened when the incident occurred. Connor Fisher was the gentleman who checked me in he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He DID NOT try to push any other services on me. He mentioned what they recommend for the mileage my vehicle was at once and when I politely declined that was
