Only Nissans that meet our high standards qualify for Certified Pre-Owned status. They must be less than six years old from the original in-service date, with less than 80,000 miles on the odometer. Customer must present a printed or digital lower-priced quote on an identical tire dated within 30 days of purchase from a tire retailer and installer within 100 miles of dealership. I leased a 2020 Nissan Sentra from Cal and the group at Nissan Grand Blanc. 100% 5 star treatment from the get go. I was in and out within 2 hours of arriving with a car and a fair value on my 2006 Honda Accord I traded in. When lease is up I will definitely be back for my next purchase.

See above. My appt was at noon. I make appt on my lunch and they are usually good at getting me in timely but my car sat there in the service dept for 15-20 min. When I arrived I told the rep in service dept that I just had new tires put on and I did not believe tires need to be rotated. I never said I did not want them to do the inspection. When the mechanic started to take my tires off, I went to remind the lady in service dept that I did not think I needed tires rotated. Again, never said I didn’t want the inspection. Then the mechanic broke my hubcap putting it back on. I’m supposed to

We needed a new battery, for ours was dead. I called and Tracy said she would look & call me back, which she did, she said they had 1 left that fit my vehicle. Not a good experience with the service department at Grand Blanc Nissan. I took my truck in for service when my engine light came on. Took it in late on a Friday, and they said they couldn’t even look at it until the following Wednesday or Thursday, they were so backed up with jobs. Told them that was fine. I heard nothing from them and finally called late that Thursday afternoon. The car was “up on the rack” and they should have it diagnosed shortly. I called them back again the next day and got a vague estimate of work needed and timing on it. Told them to go ahead. They told me it should

I really felt they were sincere honest people, which I have not seen in a long time when buying a car. Markus was genuine from the start as was Mike and Todd was straightforward as well. The dealership was clean and inviting and the other people working there seemed happy to be there which is a total change from most dealerships nowadays.

My wife bought a 2018 Nissan Maxima from here. At first everything was good then later that night we noticed multiple things wrong and called the dealership the next day and told them what we found wrong. We took the car back the following day to get fixed. They had the vehicle for almost a month and after multiple calls to them they said it was fixed. They didn't fix half the stuff that was wrong. The level of service was very disappointing. They didn't offer any compensation even though she only got to drive the car 2 days before she had to make a payment.
