Suncoast frames are prepared using our exclusive multi stage Platinum Bond finishing process. Platinum Bond incorporates state of the art equipment and techniqueswith powder coat finishes. The process beginswith hand sanding and inspection of each frame which then enters our automated multi stage pretreatment system.
We combine the finest materials, the latest manufacturing techniques, and skilled craftsmanship to provide you the best value for outdoor furniture. Our all-aluminum frames are built to last. Unlike many manufacturers, we use heavy gauge extrusions with internal strengthening ribs in proprietary configurations to provide increased strength.

Ordered a custom aluminum and sling back chair outdoor dining set in early March 2021. They said 4-6 weeks to delivery. It’s now almost 16 weeks—no set, no word from them. Called a month ago-no one returned my call. Same thing today. RUN DONT WALK AWAY!
Update on review: did finally get the outdoor dining set right after I wrote review. It is beautiful—seems well made. They need to communicate better! Time will tell about quality. Send pic later.

We have Suncoast patio furniture that was due for an update. Eileen at Suncoast helped us through the process of choosing new chair fabric and installing the slings ourselves - which saved a lot of money! The delivery was flawless. The materials are a great quality and value. The instructions and photos made installation easy. Highly recommend this business!

Recently ordered outdoor furniture and several of the swivel chairs tilted too far forward. Suncoast was more than accommodating to remedy the problem.
Their delivery driver, Chawn was the most courteous, professional individual I have had the pleasure to encounter. He made sure that the chairs were to my approval and that they were placed in the proper location and even noticed that there was a piece of material that was sticking out and needed to be cut off. More business need to employ employees like Chawn, they are the face of the business. Thank you

My wife and I bought a Suncoast Patio set 20+ years ago while we lived outside Chicago. We have now moved to Florida and decided it needed some tender loving care. I contacted Suncoast and we are working together to get new slings, tube plugs and feet to bring it up to par. We have been very happy with the set and are looking forward for the parts to arrive. When done I will be updating my review.

As I drive around my condo community, it's amazing how many units have their furniture and I'm one of them! I think there are several reasons.
1. The quality is extremely high. The fit and finish of everything is superb.
2. The selection is enormous! So many styles and colors and fabrics to please just about everyone.
3. The durability is legendary! This beautiful furniture really stands the test of time.
4. Its American Made and the company is Florida based in Fort Myers. How cool is that!

We ordered an entire complement of pool furniture for a medium sized condo complex with a large pool - chaise lounges, chairs, tables, umbrellas. The quality of the products is excellent and the service was outstanding. Everything is attractive and comfortable. We would definitely use them again.

Suncoast replies to my yelp review from 2018 TODAY May 2020! That's all you need to know. Yes they called and when I told them my issues they never got back to me. TWO years!!! That's all you need to know. If they looked at my order they would be able to contact me or my condo association. The worst customer service.

What a great experience working with Suncoast. We are fortunate that the office/factory is a short drive from Naples. We met with Jessica and she spent many hours working with us over the course of several weeks to answer questions, give details, measurements and assist in selecting furniture & fabrics for our large community project. We couldn't have done it without her assistance. She was very friendly and professional through out the entire process. They were timely in delivering furniture and setting up for us. Horrible customer service experience. We had an agreed warranty issue that was not handled properly. Took three months and still not resolved to our satisfaction. Samantha was totally unresponsive, didn’t return emails or phone calls when she promised a reply. This says it all. The sales manager after finally reaching her asked who was calling. I said I am a customer. She said “just a customer“? Apparently customers are not this companies priority.

The absolute worst customer service. Misplaced our order. When they realized their mistake they won't admit it. Kept saying someone will call me back. Prior to sending the new slings I spoke to Samantha saying I would need new end caps and bolts. She said they were $1.00 each for caps, I gave her a credit card. She said she wasn't going to charge me for shipping. This was end of June! After multiple calls I received 9 caps in brown and a few bolts, Why brown, I have new white slings and needed 24. Again, many calls to Samantha, she's out of the office, office is closing for a week, manager Trina
