Had them out to diagnose my recliner. The found the problem and said they would be back to me within a week. 2 1/2 months later I get a call to ask for additional information off my recliner. In the mean time I contacted another company and they repaired within 3 weeks (they had to order a part). I had called furniture tech 2 and no response. Unprofessional and they have no customer support.

I brought in two dressers that had a unique paint on them that I had to have matched, I'd spent months trying to find the right combination of paint and metallic glitter to match these dressers but had no luck. Furniture tech took them in and spent two weeks trying to fix it but were unable too but I must say they got the color so much closer then I could have on my own and in the end didn't charge me for the attempt wich I appreciate wholeheartedly. very professional people I have no doubt that if they can't get it done its likely not possible. If your looking for somewhere to go. I garuntee these

We had a dining room table that needed to be resurfaced. We made contact with Furniture Tech in Cape Coral and their customer service was excellent, they were kind and answered all our questions and concerns. The service techs they sent out were on time and very professional. They worked with us in every way possible way to make our experience pleasant. The table came out better than new! We can’t say enough how pleased we were with their services, we highly recommend them for your furniture needs. We would definitely use them again.

Highly reccomend! I took a very old, damaged piece to them and they did such a beautiful job that I took another one. I am delighted with both pieces. The workmanship is excellent. I had no problems with communication, sent them a picture and they quickly responded with a quote (which did not go up). They told me when the work would be done, and both times it was finished earlier than estimated. The price was what I would expect for this kind of job, and less expensive than some other places that I checked. So happy to have found this place right here in Cape Coral!

I took a table in to be cut down into a coffee table. This they did a nice job on, but when I went to pick it up it had some major deep gouges and scratches on the top. I asked what happened and he said it was like that when it came in and he took a picture of the top before he started working on it. I too had taken pictures before I brought it in. Below you can see the picture of it before and a picture of it after. Not Happy, and my husband is furious. Do Not use this place!!!!!!

They are great! We had a problem with our beautiful kitchen door (just 4 years old) and Herb was able to take care of the issue. Another company had made it worse. Told to have another door made, nasty and over charged us. Furniture Tech was the total opposite. Even though it was a very small job they treated us like a valued customer. Herb… not only fixed the problem he charged us less than quoted because he wasn't 100% satisfied with the end result. Honest and reasonable. We have passed his information on to our builder and all our friends. There was a beautiful murphy bed made by him

Furniture Tech saved my old book case. I moved into a smaller condo. My beautiful bookcase with a slider ladder couldn't fit up the stairway. The movers even tried to pull it over the railing to no avail. I was sick as this was a custom made unit that was very expensive. I called furniture tech. They completely dismantled the unit inside the garage then carried the pieces up and rebuilt the unit in the new condo. They were wonderful. I highly recommend Furniture Tech.
