We purchased 2 doors from J&J Window Sales in 2017. The first door that was installed - Alliance Sliding Patio Door. Issues: The seal was not applied properly and a lot of water leaked in the basement after we had a hard rain. J&J did assess the damage and paid for damages through their insurance. The lock on the handle also did not work but J&J did finally fix it. The second door we purchased - Therma Tru Fiber Classic Mahogany was for the front door. It was sold to us from J&J Windows with the intention that not much maintenance would be needed because it's fiberglass and not wood AND it had

Jake and the J&J team were amazing to work with! We worked with J&J to replace all of our windows, doors, siding, soffits, fascia and gutters. Our house looks incredible and we could not be happier! J & J’s work was outstanding. They were timely and communicated in a satisfactory manner. Employees were friendly and aware of customer needs. We had glass replacement in 2 windows and outdoor shutters replaced/installed.
The most consuming project was our front porch that had to be restored due to a previous company’s inferior work. J & J Siding & Window Sales, Inc. Replaced our windows & siding 18 years ago and both still look like new today. Jerry, our sales rep is still with the company and is always willing to help us out with speedy repairs (after our son damaged the siding with a baseball bat), etc. We have since used J & J for work on our rental properties with great results.

My beautiful doors were installed about a month later than planned. But I was given a factory discount due to the delay. My screen door arrived a month after the door. Now all is well.
