We were extremely pleased with the work done by Hal and his team. Hal was very knowledgeable and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns that we might have. We appreciated his transparency - there are no hidden costs. All work was completed in a timely manner, and we are very happy with the finished product. My wife found Freedom Midwest through the Better Business Bureau. Normally we are fortunate enough to get contractor recommendations through word of mouth. In fact it started out that way when we worked with a well known contractor to get a proposal for installing Hardie Board siding. We were convinced that this product was the way to go, because we were not a big fan of vinyl siding. When we received the quote we almost fell over. The quote was literally 25% of the original price we paid for our house 21 years ago. We just could not justify that amount of money for siding. As such, my wife searched

Hal Knapp and the team from Freedom Midwest recently installed soffit, facia and new six inch gutters on my home. I was very impressed how quickly the job was completed and the quality of the workmanship. All the crews showed up when he said they would and cleaned up when finished. I would give 10 stars if I could! I am a contractor's daughter and know this business extremely well, so I'm beyond picky when choosing someone to work on our house. I chose Freedom Midwest because they were one of very few companies that had a 5-star rating, and after reading the comments, knew this was who we wanted to use. Hal and his crew exceeded every single expectation we had. He was not pushy at all, his price was very reasonable, he gave an accurate time frame for everything to be completed, the crew was professional and polite and did a great job of cleaning up when they left every night

This company is unbelievable! They were very reasonable cost wise and did fantastic workmanship. The quality of the work was above my expectations. Hal walked me through the process and was always available for questions or concerns. I had a lot of questions and he was confident and reassuring. I would recommend this company for all exterior work, from siding, to gutters, to shutters and siding. When my roof needs replacing, I know who I am calling.

We got estimates from three exterior design companies and decided to go with Freedom Midwest to add soffits and fascia to our home as well as do some detail siding around the front door. Hal was able to find a product that fit our budget and matched the color of the preexisting vinyl siding and gutters almost exactly. We could not be more pleased with the results - Hal was helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, and his crew were very diligent and hard workers who did an incredible job. I'll try and attach pics - the craftsmanship speaks for itself!
