In 1983, I started working in commercial pest control in Manhattan, NY. for the most exclusive commercial pest control company in New York City. I've performed service for high-end facilities such as The (former) World Trade Center, The New York Stock Exchange, Rockefeller Center, The Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, among many others.
I moved my family to Atlanta in 1987 and continued my work in pest control. I became certified in Georgia in 1990 and started my own pest control business here in Atlanta. We've been using On Target for about a year now, and we've had a great experience so far. We almost never see bugs anymore. It's always been the same person who comes and treats the house every time, and he's very friendly and professional. He's also animal lover, and he's been very patient and sweet with our dog and cat as he goes around the house. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this company. I spoke with Vinny who was wonderful. He was quick and efficient in getting us all set up! They had Abaris come out at our earliest convenience. He was friendly, polite, and thorough. This was our first time using this company and will make sure to use again in the future. Pricing is more than fair for the excellent service!

I had an appointment with On Target on Wednesday at 4PM. They even sent me an email confirmation of date and time. They never showed and were unresponsive to my calls and my tenants calls. Their inability to perform has made me look bad in front of my tenant. Too many other good options for Pest Control to use a company that doesn’t show with no warning.

If you have ANY pest issues Vinny is the man to call!!! We had an issue with fleas where we brought them into our home from stray cats around our apartment building. He came out the very next day and sprayed and we literally saw 2-3 within the first 10 days and after we saw ZERO!!! He explained everything he would be doing in great detail and set the expectation for the service we would receive. We were literally to the point of breaking our lease and he turned it around! Thanks so much for top-notch professional service!

After coming home from an overnight at an Airbnb cabin in North Georgia over Memorial Day weekend in 2019, my partner and I were each covered in 40+ bites that turned out to be from a major bedbug infestation. From a one night stay. At any rate, we'd already been home for a day when our family members who were still at the cabin and continued to get bitten finally pieced it together. If I could rate Vinny and team a 10, hell if I could rate them 100, I would!! I recently moved from NYC to ATL to a renovated barn loft for a few months. Three nights in, I saw the biggest cockroach I have ever laid eyes on crawl across my couch. Mind you, I have had my fair share of experiences with these critters while living in arguably the dirtiest city in America. Let me tell you, this thing was the size of my palm, looked like what can only be described as a descendant of a dinosaur, and had wings.

On Target came out a few months ago to spray for a horrendous roach issue I had. Since then, I've seen very few roaches, and when I have, they've been dead. They were timely, professional, and reasonably priced. Needless to say, I've subscribed to have them come back quarterly to keep it under control. Thank you, on Target!

I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Literally everyone I've interacted with (receptionist, technicians, etc) are all pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. They are happy to make house calls if you have a bug problem outside of your scheduled visits and they're great about communicating. Great service.

I had this company come to my rental in Decatur in May. They sent a young kid out and he arrived at the same time I had a contractor there. I wasn't able to monitor him the whole time. He was there about 30 minutes. I have had pest control out for other properties and they remove outlet covers and go into the attic and crawl space. I never saw him do any of this. He kept telling me I might still see roaches for a couple of weeks. Well it has been almost 2 months and they are still there. I have called 6 times and I get voice mail every time. They have never returned my calls. This company

I reached out to Target to address a roach issue in my condo, and Karen immediately called back and left a message even though it was late Friday afternoon. By Monday, she had arranged for a super friendly technician to come out and spray/bait, and he was courteous, prompt, and answered all my questions. Such a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use them again.

We have been using On Target for almost two years now for a very nasty, disgusting and persistent cockroach problem. I love that the solution they use is naturally based. I have a toddler and do not worry about the effects of the product on her health. The pests in our house have been drastically minimized and we have On Target to thank for that.

I was in need of an extermination of my rental home and with being new to the area looked on Yelp and found this company. It was almost 5:00pm and they answered very pleasantly willing to help me with their 1st appointment for the next morning. I would recommend them to any one. Very curious and I felt like I had no problem leaving the technician in my home to do his job. Service was successful.
