Everyone I talked to, including Dan and our technician, were all very nice, helpful, and informative. They had great service and were able to squeeze me into their schedule without much notice. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

To note I assume that Monitor Pest Control is contracted with my leasing agency Excalibur Homes, so while I am not a direct customer they are paid by my lease owner.
Dan and one of his technicians were tasked with helping out with a termite issue at my property I rent. They did a good job, and handled the task at hand quickly. His technician was also very nice and professional.
My only complaint is that Dan did not discuss a date of arrival when we first spoke on Tuesday 30 Mar 2021, he said he would see if they could come out and that was the last I heard. Then Dan and his technician showed

Just getting ready to renew my yearly contract and could not be happier with this service. When we moved in 2 years ago, we inherited a roach issue. I tried 2 other services in the ATL area over the course of our 1st year in this house- neither really corrected it. I was still seeing 2-3 roaches a month and I am Terrified of all bugs (yes, with a capital T).
I was frustrated and fed up with the "service" level of the other companies and tried Dan with Monitor- best decision I could of made. He came in July 2019 and I didn't see any bugs at all until Nov 2019- which was already

I checked yelp this morning to find someone who could take care of our multiple wasp nest issues at our new home. Dan was the only one with all 5 star reviews- so it was a no brainer! He called me quickly and was able to come to our home the same day!
He was thorough, explained the process, and educated us on preventative measures we could take in the future to stop wasps from building nests. After he left, we noticed one or two nests we hadn't seen earlier- he came back immediately with a smile! (what a trooper)
I cannot recommend Monitor Pest Control enough!

June 22nd ( via ) our text thread Dan came out.. we had a centipede issue. We paid for the service and said the payment was good for the whole year, and to call him when needed. I call him about month 1/2 later. He doesn’t recall coming to the house or is paying him. And he says that’s not unprofessional. People make mistakes.. which is fine.. but you’re not going to go back and forth with a person who has a copy of the text thread and the day you came to the house and started services. He was unprofessional and rude..

Dan is a SAINT! I originally called for advice about a potential roach problem and Dan gave me honest, realistic advice about what is acceptable in the south and what is not. Being from up North and having never encountered roaches indoors, I appreciated his knowledge, feedback, and support. He went above and beyond with his services!

Monitor Pest Control is wonderful. We've had both Dan and Emerson come out to our homes (first an apartment, and now a new house). They have both been excellent! Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always with great, friendly service. The disastrous infestation at our apartment was completely handled by them. We used to see six roaches/day. After Dan took care of it, we saw none in more than 18 months (and counting)! Honestly, they saved my marriage: I'm pretty sure my wife was on the verge of moving to the Yukon if we didn't get our problem solved quickly. Thank you!

We used the predecessor company for years and it was good. Never a problem and good pricing. New owner just raised our price by between 30 and 40% and we found several other companies able to provide the service at a meaningfully lower price than Monitor’s new price. I would encourage all to shop around and make sure you don’t overpay for basic pest control.

It is hard to find someone honest and someone to not take advantage of you. Mr. Dan is your man when you looking for someone to be honest. When i called, he was super busy and way out of the perimeter BUT he drove all the way to midtown just so he could see the issue i had on hand. And he did not charge me.
He is super nice and professional. I will be sure to recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Dan was friendly, straight forward and informative. He made mention of the other services he offered, but was in no way pushy about them. He treated our house the day after we got a hold of him. We didn't have any problems that needed to be treated but we wanted the preventative measure. I like the once a year aspect of this treatment. It is also encouraging that should any problems occur he will make it out within twenty four hours to assess and solve the problem.
