Jennifer Hankey, Atlanta's eco-friendly services expert, launched the Green Queen after educating locals about the dangers of chemicals in everyday products since 2010. Hankey's passion for natural living was emphasized even more when her own daughter was born with 19 food allergies and severe eczema in 2011.
The customer service we received from Green Queen was wonderful. Katie was very helpful during the booking process and helped make sure I was paying for just the services we needed. I signed up with Green Queen in May 2021 for organic weed control of my lawn. It's now October and the weeds have almost completely overtaken my lawn. I called to complain, and while their customer service rep was polite, she conceded that Green Queen's services for its customers this summer was subpar. They blamed the weather, but that's what weather forecasts are for (for example, today's application was done right before the forecast plainly said it would rain). Bottom line is I paid (handsomely) for a service that I didn't get. I'm moving on to another weed control service. I'm a data sample

Green Queen did a great job cleaning our home. We have signed up for the monthly service. Price point is similar to other services I've used, but what I love is their commitment to using non-toxic products and reducing their environmental impact. They have a very good system in place, with checklists, email reminders, and easy payment options. Great communication and it is easy to add on additional services (oven cleaning etc.) as needed.

They have been doing my pest control in my apartment for almost two years. I have pets so I wanted something safe. It smells good when they leave like peppermint. They are extremely accommodating with my ever changing schedule and technicians are very professional. If you are looking for safe non toxic pest control you should give them a call!

I've used Green Queen for years as I have young children and limiting exposure to toxins is important to me. Finding a company that could provide pollinator-friendly yet effective mosquito control was a godsend, but I love them for their lawn management services as well! I love that the company was started by a mom who CARES and is run with a customer-service focus too. Highly recommend!

We love Green Queen! For our family, it's the perfect match of thorough cleaning and products without nasty chemicals. You get the same team every time, so you get to know them a little bit. I LOVE the peppermint essential oil they use. It makes the house smell so fresh and my kids get so excited. Savanna (office manager) is really friendly and great about communication. Highly recommend!

Keenan just left my home for the first treatment. He was incredibly friendly and professional! He took the time to explain the process as well as some potential reasons bugs were getting into my home. He eased my mind about the spray being safe for my cat to be around. Just had our first service and I can't think of enough good things to say. Scheduling and pricing was easy. Our tech was communicative and right on time. The payment process was super easy. Green Queen has been great. We had a pretty bad problem with palmetto bugs (aka huge GA roaches!). My husband was skeptical that using a non chemical treatment would work. But we decided to give it a try since a friend had recommended them. They came in and did their thing, Courtney was great - helpful and professional. It did a take a month or so for them to really go away and Green Queen came back and did the free re-treatments, as advertised, when we needed it. We were having issues with spiders and roaches (ewww!) despite having used the same exterminating company for years. I gave them every opportunity to fix the issues and it was just getting worse. That is when I found Green Queen via YELP! We haven't seen a bug in a month and couldn't be happier with their service. I also love that paying the bill is just a click away via an emailed invoice! We have been using Green Queen for nearly 2 years now and cannot recommend their home cleaning services enough. I can say that one of the things I look most forward to are the days when Green Queen comes - there is nothing like coming home after a long day of work to a sparkling clean house! We call them the "peppermint fairies" because of the amazing scent of the all-natural peppermint cleaning products they use. And I never have to worry about my dogs getting into anything and being poisoned by the toxic cleaning products other companies use. We love Green Queen and highly recommend

We're so excited I have a pest control service that is safe for my kid and my pets. I get nervous because my child's nursery has an crawl space entry and whenever other pest control services put bait in there I get so nervous because it's so close to my child. I slept well knowing that everything was safe. The technician was wonderful and offered practical advice on how to keep pests away. He even helped clean my daughters playhouse in the back and gave me advice on how to keep bugs out of there! So far so good our ants are no longer visiting us and mosquitos outside are at bay!

Mariana and Anne just left a minute ago. They are fabulous. I'm going to start doing regular service every two weeks. My regular service will be with a different team (the way the scheduling worked out) but if they're anything like the team that came today I would highly recommend them, too. Jennifer, the owner, stopped by to see my house for a more accurate estimate (which I asked for) and she explained their philosophy, how they create their own products (Love the peppermint smell!) and answered my questions. First appointment was within a week of that visit. Couldn't be happier

I have been using Green Queen for the past several months. They are great because not only are they good cleaners, but they are flexible. They don't use harsh chemicals throughout the house, but make the home very clean. They are reasonably priced and trustworthy cleaners. I would recommend to those looking!

I've been using Green Queen for most of the summer and we've been really thrilled with the product! I found them when looking for organic, pet-friendly mosquito treatment because our mosquitoes were out of control! We would open the back door and let a whole swarm of them in, and we just couldn't do it anymore. We've been really pleased with the results; only the biggest baddest ones seem to be left (and those are few and far between) and we know the treatment is safe for us and our pooch. Plus side? The oils they use make the yard smell great!

Green Queen has been fantastic for us since we made the switch. We love the fact that they use only green, non toxic cleaning supplies. They are always very punctual, arriving exactly when they arrange to arrive in advance. The quality of the cleaning is much better than we've experienced with other companies. In many cases, they go above and beyond our expectations. I also like the fact that they accept payment via credit card rather.than only a check or cash. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new cleaning company.

I just moved into a new home and needed a deep move in cleaning as soon as possible. I had made an appointment with a different company for the following day when my call was returned by Green Queen. I was told they could clean my house the next day at an earlier time than the other company. So I cancelled a different appointment and made it with Green Queen for 12pm.

Green Queen is great! We've used them for mosquito control. They are very thorough and will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. The owner is very knowledgeable and takes their job incredibly seriously, especially now that there is a threat of Zika in nearby states. We've been so impressed!

Green queen cleaning service is the best! The cleaners bring their own TRULY non toxic cleaning supplies. They also cleaned the baseboards and windowsills which others typically charge extra for. Do keep that in mind when factoring the price of service. It may cost a little more than your average cleaning services, but worth the money when you consider how good and thorough of a job they do and the fact that they don't use any chemical ridden cleaning agents.
