I scheduled an appointment via their website; no one showed up at the scheduled time. When I sent a follow up email (about 1 hour after the scheduled time) to inquire whether they were coming, I got a prompt response that said "It's raining so we will come tomorrow at x time" which was fine by me. They arrived the next day about 45 minutes after the scheduled time. It went ok (spraying for bugs inside and out and putting out rodent poison) but they were supposed to plug holes for rodents using foam. Later, I found rubber gloves jammed into an outdoor hole of my (rented) home instead of foam and

Omg, I have never worked with a worse company in my life. These positive reviews are either fake or from when they had previous owners.To say they are slack is an understatement! Had a rat problem in my attic, looked at reviews and thought they would be good. They were quick to take my money and lay down a few traps for hundreds of dollars, saying they would be back in 3 weeks to clean up. Well, a month and a half later nothing. Tons of emails and calls. All go without a reply. They did hit me back when I flamed their Facebook saying they were going to schedule a visit and would hit me back ASAP
