Excellent care of my home and great cleaning!! I had a one time cleaning of my house I just sold and was so impressed with the service. The young lady was so thorough and cleaned places I never expected! I didn’t get her name but if I was staying in Texas I would hire Ready set Maids to start cleaning our home! Highly recommend!!

I wasn't very impressed with my 1st cleaning appointment with Ready Set Maids; however, I decided to give them a second try and I was assigned Norma who has been nothing but Excellent with cleaning my home the past few appointments. Even when I expressed dissatisfaction with an area of the home that was not properly cleaned, she was immediately scheduled to return a few days later to get it right. I appreciated that very much as that's great Customer Service. My only complaint is the pricing which I think is still on the high side even with the discounts offered.

Management of this cleaning service (Miss Mary) is very rude and arrogant. They don't keep their words on the terms. They can increase the price any day or stop coming, that's what they did to us. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Be careful with them specially when they can't keep their own words. There are plenty of good services available in Houston. I would give negative 5 star if there is an option.
