Cleaning was very well done, but floors were not well protected, hence there were wet floors when windows inside the house were cleaned. They should use some protective material to spillage on the floor when windows inside the house are cleaned. Wooden floors are easier to clean than the carpeted floors. Also, there should be some efforts to dry the wetted floors.

William arrived right on time and proceeded to perform his excellent care for my one-story house that was suffering from mildew. Worked thoroughly to clean my windows ; he removed my potted plants away from the house and the patio furniture in a timely manner. He explained each procedure and the rationale behind the task. I do appreciate the wonderful customer service I received from Olivia as she was very responsive to my online request to make arrangements for KTX to service my home. 3-person crew arrived timely and as promised. Introduced themselves and got right to work. Work was executed extremely well with lots of attention to detail, with professionalism and cordial interaction with me and with each other. Great teamwork and owner Olivia even joined William, Nicholas, and Kevin in performing the work. Care was taken working around our extensive flower bed, with no plants damaged. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and pleasantly - easy to see that customer satisfaction is the highest priority. Highly recommend KTX and will definitely use them again.

We enjoyed doing business with KTX Window Cleaning. We had a bad rust stain on the driveway that we had tried to get out and they were able to remove it. We have also agreed to have them come every other month to clean the outside windows in the living areas at a reasonable price. Workers are professional and courteous.
