I have used Carpet Cleaning Katy Services numerous times. The technician always comes on time and prepared to clean my carpets quickly and properly. When completed the carpets look great and dry quickly. The technician is always friendly and if I need additional cleaning to certain areas, he comes prepared to do the job. The price I pay is fair, especially considering that I get a years worth of follow-up cleanings for a low additional cost.

I've tried 2 other carpet cleaning companies, and since coming across these guys, have looked no further. They do a thorough job, every time, and we've been satisfied with the results, especially on our trouble areas (and we have a toddler and dog). I am also at ease knowing their products are children and pet friendly. We usually can get an appointment within a couple days, which is important as well.

The prices are reasonable, and when I called to make the appointment I told them the aprox. area to be cleaned and they gave me a quote, and that is what exactly they charged me, no hidden fees.
The person who came to clean the carpet was very professional, and did an excellent job. I prepared the house as they suggested, so no issues at all, and the work was well done!!

We had our carpets cleaned last year by Carpet Cleaning Katy and they did an excellent job! The tech was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products used because I had just got my carpet new at the time. So I was worried chemicals may make it bleed. Nope! All safe (I have a dark gray carpet). He used the pet odor product as well and it smelled so great! Didn't just mask it, the odor was gone! Yes I did put my nose to the carpet to see :) going to be having them come again to get ready for my new little one on the way!

Fantastic service. I never thought one particular stain would come out but Andy got it out and the whole carpet looks brand new (light colored carpet plus 2 kids plus 2 pets is a tough combo!). Alison was easy to communicate with and prompt on the appointment day. I will be using this service again, highly recommended.

After years I decided to have my personal carpets professionally cleaned. For several years I had used for our carpets at work and was pleased with the quality of the job that Rachelle Leo and her team provided. I gave Rachelle a call. She got me an appointment exactly when I wanted, Craig showed up exactly when he said he would, and he did a great job. It was definitely a 5 star experience. I will not be shampooing carpets myself every again!
