We had a very funny smell in our bathroom. We thought that there might be a mold problem of some sort and we decided to reach out to a company that had great reviews. Excellent service and communication, I communicated with Brittany a-lot throughout the process and she was great! She even recommended a contractor to come in to fix the drywall that had to be removed, very much appreciated. Curtis came out to check the issue and provide a quote, he was very professional! Tyler came out to do the mold remediation itself and he was excellent, I had not thought to move my plants from the window shelf across from the area that was being worked on and he kindly moved them all to ensure they were not harmed from the spray and humidifiers. The team at Pure Maintenance was wonderful to work with. The process was very clearly explained to me and they were very patient with all my questions. After performing an air quality test, they shared I did not need to do the fogging procedure and that my air quality was in a good range. I would have expected a dishonest company to have found a reason to do the service even if not needed. Pure Maintenance was honest and saved me money. I would highly recommend working with this group of people!

This company was great. Two weeks after moving into our home we noticed there was remnants of mold in our shower. Keep in mind we had a home inspection and the inspector did not pick up on this. We called Pure mold maintenance and they were quick to come out and fixed the problem in less than 7 days. It’s a small family run business. Brittany, Curtis and Stephan (Stephan) was the person that actually did the work. All 3 were super nice and efficient. I would totally recommend them!
